I stayed in this hotel for 13 nights in total this time. I booked 5 nights for the first time, and then booked 6 nights after it was full. I wanted to change the room at that time, but the waiter asked me to check out at 11 o'clock and come back after 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I suspected that it was the staff, because only they could open my room door directly. Overall: First, my order was three times in 13 days, and they didn't clean the room once. Second, they obviously deliberately said that I didn't make a reservation. I went to the service desk every day to renew my card, so why did they suddenly ask me to pay more? Third, the night before leaving was very abnormal. Conclusion: I will book a room through Trip.com in the future, but I will never stay at Motel 6 again.

We arrived at 13:30 and were told it would start at 16:00, and when we asked if it was okay to return at night, we were told it was OK for 24 hours. When we returned at night, our reservation had been cancelled! We protested strongly, saying that this was strange, and were told to stay in the only room available. When we got there, the bed springs were terrible, the sheets were dirty, and there was rubbish on the floor! The only amenities provided were towels and soap, and there was no hairdryer in the room. It was unbelievable that the hotel had been cancelled, even though we had already paid.

There was a musty smell in the room when I first entered. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
