Housekeeping manager was so rude and ridicules I strongly do not recommend this hotel

The location is great but the hotel is old and carpet to be worn

The location is good, at the central of the village. Convenient on purchase. Cleaning-so, so. Room small - expected. No bell boy - expected. Service bad. No one check the shower liquid, always at low level, need to ask two three times to get refill on shower liquid, even told the room keepers, still need to remind reception again and again. Reception always hiding in the room, difficult to find them. No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no hair comb, no soup, no hair dryer for the room. Noisy in the street expected but up to 1- 2 mid night too bad. window opening is too small to get fresh air, Wifi only free for 30 minutes, I stay here 3 days 2 nights only free 30 minutes. only one chair available for a double room. Kettle is dirty, full of water scum Shower curtain is too short, water comes out after shower. No drainage outlet. Bathroom full of water. No one remove them. Check out is the best (no need to check out). Really want the money back, will not come back any more.

Very convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.

因為航班延誤，所以很晚才到酒店只剩下一間對着街外的一樓樓層十分嘈吵當車經過時整張床都在震小朋友跟大人都不能入睡剛剛遇着英國夏天時候又不能關窗，所以感覺十分差勁，該區治安環境亦十分不好

VERY GOOD HOTEL. Great and warm welcome by the Reception team. Roxana, Tolu and Tulasi, were so friendly and always very helpful. The hotel is in Woolwich High Street and just a walking distance to Woolwich train station with so many Shops and restaurants around. The room was extremely clean, Comfy bed and basically had all the necessary amenities needed. My son and I spent couple of weeks at Travelodge Woolwich and felt so much at home because the staffs were all amazing and so helpful. Roxana was exceptional with good customer service. She was so kind. I’m highly impressed with her professionalism. The Night shift staff, Michael is very hard working and friendly. The House keepers are all lovely. Rita and Magda were always happy to top up our room with whatever we need. They were very good with customer service. I will definitely come come back again 😍 Many thanks.

The hotel is located in high street, easy access to the train stations and many stores. Staff is very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. It was my my first time stay in London and had a really good stay. Will definitely come back to stay.

I did not enjoy my stay overnight because I slept in a cold and the sink is not working very well. All this needs attention. I stay in room 11

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night with my family ,i came from France the room was very nice and clean the staff was amazing in special the girl by the desk was really nice and a big smile i think she told me her name Rocsana .Definitely i will back soon :))

The room was dirty, the bed sheets stained with various shades of presumably body fluids, the floor was stained and the towels not clean. The room smelt stale and unclean. Did not feel safe in the hotel, nothing to stop non residents riding in the lift trying to gain access to the resident only floors.

Van broke into in the car park, staff didn't care. Hotel full of drug users and scumbags just walking around everywhere and always asking for money and fags ect. Must be half way house. Tools stolen to amount of £800. Definitely not safe for women and children. Stay somewhere else 100%. Nearly had altercation with someone outside room!
