Highly, highly recommended. It's very convenient for catching shows. The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The minibar area came equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, and the fridge was well-stocked with drinks and alcohol. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, and the facilities were superb. All toiletries were from Byredo, and the shampoo and conditioner were particularly good. The room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the beautiful River Thames. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, day or night, and perfect for photos. The hotel offers express check-out. The £100 deposit taken at check-in will be refunded to your card after any room charges have been deducted.

We went to see Tate McRae at the O2 and with the link from the hotel to the O2 we were there in minutes. Amazing Hotel, Amazing breakfast and an amazing location.

Perfect hotel for the O2. The private link corridor is a winner. Room was lovely and clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy.

This was for my child's birthday, and they had an amazing time! We'll certainly return. The hotel even provided a complimentary little cake 🧁, which my child adored. The hotel's pool was fantastic, and the direct access to the O2 was super convenient.

The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views overlooking the O2 Arena and the River Thames, especially at night when the dazzling lights created a truly breathtaking sight. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-equipped, especially with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, which made relaxing even more pleasant. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the O2 Arena, and with tube and bus stations nearby, getting to Central London or Canary Wharf was incredibly easy. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options in the surrounding area, so all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are well covered.

A good option when the hotels around London Excel go crazy with their prices.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. I really enjoyed my 5-day stay here. The only slight drawback was its distance from the city center.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my brother for his wedding night. They loved the room but wasn’t a great view. Cleanliness was good and service was great.

Seamless stay, very polite staff and great breakfast with fresh juices and a'la carte selection. Walking distance to metro station and Cable Car if yoy're heading to Excel.

We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all. We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry. I went to reception few times to ask them about the issues, but everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else!
