Hotel berhampiran Parrocchia di San Fidenzio, Rubano

The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our trea**ents we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The trea**ents..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plaza hotel Abano Terms, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction from the moment I arrived. The luxurious accommodations and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to there on my next visit. Highly recommended

Abbiamo soggiornato, assieme a mia moglie, per due notti in questo hotel. La struttura, moderna e funzionale, si trova appena fuori Padova, in una zona residenziale, ad un paio di chilometri dall'uscita Padova Est dell'autostrada A4. E' in una posizione strategica perché si trova in un luogo tranquillo ma da cui ci si può muovere con molta facilità sia verso il centro di Padova che verso la vicina stazione di Busa di Vigonza per recarsi in treno a Venezia in appena 40 minuti. A tal proposito ringrazio il proprietario per gli ottimi consigli, sia per visitare Padova che per recarci a Venezia. La camera, di recente ristrutturazione, era molto ampia, moderna e perfettamente climatizzata. Il letto (king size) era veramente comodo e tutta la struttura splendidamente pulita. La colazione a buffet offre una grande varietà e qualità, sia per chi ama il dolce che per chi ama il salato. All'esterno c'è un'ampio parcheggio di proprietà, anche se non custodito. I titolari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Merita veramente!

Siamo stati per 2 notti. L’albergo è in parte ristrutturato, le camere sono ospitali. La pulizia della camera era abbastanza buona. Abbiamo trovato capelli nel bagno. Il letto è molto piccolo. La colazione è buona. Il personale molto gentile. Le piscine sono grandi e piacevoli. Il primo giorno nella piscina c’era tantissimo cloro. Probabilmente avevano sbagliato il dosaggio. Nei giorni successivi si stava decisamente meglio. L’accappatoio e i teli sono forniti, a pagamento. 10 euro per l’accappatoio. Caro, ma si tratta comunque di tessuti di ottima qualità. In alternativa si può usare il proprio accappatoio. L’hotel risulta essere Adults Only, il che rende più tranquillo utilizzare le piscine. Nelle piscine gli idromqssaggi sono aperti a differenti orari. E si trovano tutti funzionanti solo in alcuni momenti. Le piscine chiudono alle 20 nei primi giorni della settimana e alle 23 a fine settimana.

Hotel pusat beberapa langkah dari kawasan pejalan kaki, tenang, dengan ruang istirahat yang besar dan berperabot menarik. Kawasan kolam besar sangat selesa tetapi bilik wapnya tidak berfungsi. Perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu yang mesra dan betul. Kami hanya bersarapan di ruang santai yang bagus. Pelayan sangat prihatin dan sarapannya enak dengan berbagai pilihan manis dan gurih, sementara kopi dapat bertambah baik

Cominciamo con le note positive. - Hotel molto vicino alla fiera (5 minuti a piedi) e ben fornito dai mezzi. I monolocali sono molto accoglienti e ben forniti: sono presenti la tv, la lavastoviglie, il microonde, il lavandino e un tavolo/*****ola molto comodo seppur piccino. Il bagno ha una doccia spaziale con soffione e doccino, ci sono il bagnoschiuma e il sapone per le mani, ci sono gli asciugamani. Consiglio di portarsi l'asciugacapelli perché è presente ma poco potente se avete molti capelli. Il letto per me è stato estremamente comodo ma avviso che il materasso è duro e non a tutti piace. Finestre molto grandi, perfette per rinfrescare le sere d'estate. Doppia tenda (una bianca leggera e l'oscurante), molto comode. Le note negative che, ahimè, sono abbastanza. - Partiamo col dire che è un 4 stelle superior quindi ci si aspetterebbe determinati servizi come il wi fi gratuito nei monolocali che non c'era (abbastanza assurdo nel 2023); un telefono interno collegato alla reception, il telefono c'era ma nessun numero da poter chiamare quindi in caso di bisogno si deve scendere, uscire dal palazzo, attraversare un piccolissimo cortile ed entrare nella struttura principale (questo posso accettarlo in un 2 stelle, non 4) e il kit di benvenuto con spazzolino, dentifricio, shampoo e balsamo. Il frigobar NON è incluso ed è completamente sfornito (una bustina di patatine, due acqua e un succo) alla ”modica” cifra di 3€. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo (prezzo che non è assolutamente irrisorio) ma anzi, costa la bellezza di 10€ ed è a buffet. La pulizia delle camere abbastanza scarsa onestamente: gatte di polvere sulle tende, polvere sui davanzali, macchie di caffè sul muro, qualche capello lungo su un paio di asciugamani e nel letto. Non c'erano dei lenzuoli leggeri nell'armadio, assurdo essendo estate e il letto ha una trapunta. Eviterei di descrivere il letto come ”queen bed” perchè potrebbe fuorviare, è semplicemente un letto matrimoniale leggermente stretto. Il personale molto cordiale e gentile anche se sbrigativo e poco esaustivo. Diciamo che, a mio avviso, non vale il prezzo che costa.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Very nice hotel, very nice staff and offer different great food and vine in the restaurant. Hotel wellness area and private park is nice and clean. I am very liked the room witch is very clean and great view over the hills around Abano terme .

Проживали в отеле 10 дней , номер представительский люкс - не соответствует люксу ! Завтраки каждый день одно и тоже меню, за 10 дней ничего не было нового, персонал не очень приветливый, в отеле идет ремонт - запахи краски в номерах! Расположение отеля прекрасное, видно что хозяева стараются для людей , делают вечером в Холле презентация вина, живая музыка! Очень чистая постель, полотенца меняют каждый день! Бассейны желают лучшей уборки! Спасибо за отдых!
