We stayed here for about 10 days and we were treated 1st class. The staff was very kind and helpful even though the English translation was lacking they were understanding. They have a Japanese restaurant across the street. Vending machines, food order delivery, and continental breakfast in the mornings if you wish to dine. The breakfast was worth it if you like crescents as 3 different varieties were served. For the price it is a wonderful stay and very quiet. Traveling to La Defense or the historic district in Paris is less than 15 to 20 minutes without traffic. The rooms all have showers, toilets, toiletries, towels, and linens changed every day with request. If you rent a car there is private parking, but like everything in Paris there is a small fee to park your car, but it is a great place to park. Overall we would stay here again for the value and experiences had at the facility.

We reserved through *********** and we wanted to see the room before paying. We got asked to pay at reception and the payment declined, so we tried 2 separate cards. The receptionist tried to charge the card multiple times saying it’s declined but we only managed to pay for 2 nights and to try again later. When we went to try again they said we fully paid for the stay but we didn’t understand how this happened. When we checked out bank accounts we were in disbelief one card was charged around 600€ and the second cards payments of 800£ were pending (frozen) by the bank. This meant 1,4 thousand was gone from both cards. When we tried to figure this out and sent them proof of these payments no one understood how much money in total we lost/had frozen. The staff kept saying ‘the day before we leave everything will be sorted out’ but it didn’t and that ‘the manager will come at 9am until 10pm’ the manager never came and on our last day we said we will call the police because we don’t know if this will get solved by the management. We had a really bad experience from day one all of our money got charged/frozen and the whole holiday we had money problems and couldn’t enjoy France as much as we planned. We made phone calls every morning to resolve this and in the airport the kids had a mental breakdown from the stress. Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and museums are some of the places we couldn’t visit due to this. We had 2€ left in one of the cards 2.

It markets itself as budget and it certainly is! Room is tiny, no tea/coffee facilities, thin small towels, hard bed, no iron, desperately in need of a make over. No bar area, no gym, breakfast just passable.

Franchement pas la peine de s’y attarder accueil déplorable déjà remise du bout de papier ou est inscrit le code de porte de la chambre avec son nom écrit approximativement hôtel dans un état plus que médiocre écran de la tv rayer sur toute la largeur dés trou au mur reboucher au plâtre de façon approximative une couette avec des tache sur son rebord jaunâtres chambre qui fait une chaleur horrible et quand vous arriver enfin à dormir le réceptionniste de nuit vient vous toquer à la porte en plein milieu de la nuit pour me dire que l’alarme à incendie c’est allumé oui et alors en quoi sa me concerne en faite il y a pas le feu et étant non fumeur et même après cette constatation il en devient lourd et insistant en répétant que l’alarme c’est allumer ben vérifier votre matériel alors et au vue de l’état général de ma chambre hôtel ce sera pas un luxe et cela pourra éviter les fausse alerte en tous cas pour ma part ma courte expérience dans cette "hôtel " s’arrête là en je n’en garderais certaine pas un bon souvenir

Hotel conforme aux exigences d'un ibis budget. Literie propre et douche petite mais propre. Personnel sympathique et à disposition. Petit déjeuner conforme aux ibis budget mais qui nécessiterait un peu plus de diversité.

ok pour une nuit mais si vous restez plusieurs jours sachez que vous devrez laisser vos vêtements dans votre valise par terre. pas de placard, pas de rangement, seulement 2 minuscules étagères d'environ 10 cm x 20. A 100 € par nuit et jusqu'à 129 € en milieu de semaine on attends un peu plus.
