房間打掃的很乾凈、但房間馬桶的沖水聲實在太大了，掀開馬桶蓋就有沖水聲、用後還有一次更大的聲音、淋浴間洗澡後水會流到外面、服務員服務不到位，我們定了2間房間，我這間房間洗漱用品都沒有放、牙刷、水都沒有、攜程上訂單裏面有的牛奶、小餅乾啥都沒有、另一個房間都有，説是打掃衞生的請假了、忙不過來忘了放，早餐也不行，7點45過去吃、都沒啥吃的了，和服務員説要3份米線，服務員做了一份端過來、之後2份米線遲遲不來，一問，説以外給我們了、完全忘了
