他家佈置的挺温馨的，基本設施都具備，也可以自己煮飯。是海景房，一眼就可以看到大海的那種海景房，總體來説是比較温馨的沒有踩坑，店老闆非常有耐心，很不錯的一次出行體驗

在網上比選很久，居然找到一家滿分民宿，看到網友的評論，果斷下單。進入房間，乾淨清爽文藝範，房間面朝大海，讓人心胸也開闊起來。坐在陽台上喝酒品茶，很是快樂。房間各處乾乾淨淨，讓小有潔癖的我也很滿意。房東大姐幾乎24小時在線，任何時候聯繫她都是秒回。房後有通往隔壁山東外事職業大學的小門，可到學校吃飯，散步。總而言之，這是一次非常正確的選擇，也是一次愉快的旅途。今後隨時會來乳山，一定會再次入住十三月舍民宿。

房間乾淨整潔，老闆人很好推薦入住，整體環境很不錯，出門就是大海，附近夜市包括其他生活配套設施也比較完善

非常好，在陽台可以看到海，圖片和現場一模一樣，完全沒有美圖，孩子很喜歡，長者吃不慣海邊的飯，還可以做飯，很乾凈很乾凈，開車去的，趕海和玩水都可以，我們去的時候，附近有夜市，10塊4個的生蠔，很好吃。

房間非常滿意。設施配套到位，衛生搞得非常好，停車非常方便。接待人員熱情周到，周邊環境很好，距海邊很近，不遠還有個海鮮市場。可以自己採買，自己下廚料理。
