Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Saco/Old Orchard Beach Area

The remodel was a great clean quiet. Generally an overall good experience with nice clean room is very easy to relax Inn, and still close to things.

The photo online showed a lovely appearing facility. In actuality, it looked like abandoned property and was actually scary. It looked like a scary movie and after speaking to the woman at the shabby and unpleasant reception area, another event caused us to refuse to stay there. After initially giving my name to reception and allowing my license to be copied, it became evident to me that there was a major problem with the reservation. She stated that my license did not show the same address as the reservation. She asked for my telephone number, but I asked instead what she had and again what she had was nothing close to mine. I also looked at the room being offered and was appalled at the inhospitable appearance. I would not consider booking any travel arrangements with Trip.com again and would definitely not stay at that hotel at any time. While providing this review, I attempted to enter the date, but the website would not allow me to enter it as the site requested.

Very nice and clean the only downsides were no microwave, menu of food nearby, or list of tv channels.

They gave us a handicap or assessable room which r not the nicest. N I don’t think they were sold out?? I’m not so old I need the grab bars! Anyways in addition the blinds n blackout shades did not close because they were improperly installed. I got on the chair n fixed them but my wife thought I was nuts n should have called the desk! But I know then I would have been up for 2 more hrs til it got resolved so I fixed it myself! Entrance to bldg was blocked for cars Br a cow gate! Not sure what that was about but if temporary then there should be a very apparent sign saying so! Staff was great!!
