We enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. Towels and water are readily available. Our room came with breakfast and they arranged for us to take it in the Eecutive lounge. The breakfast can either be Japanese or Western. We went with we

源泉かけ流しの温泉があって、露天風呂やサウナもあります。普通の部屋もあるようですが、今日は一人旅だったので、安いキャビンを予約しました。これで十分です、部屋？にはベットと机、テレビが有るだけ、お隣さんのいびきが少し気になるところですが、一人旅ならこれで十分です。少しトイレが遠いので、夜中にトイレによく行く人は、早めに旗を出ましょう。近くにコインランドリーもあり、長旅の間の洗濯物を洗って、スッキリです。

ste hotel fue una verdadera sorpresa! Nos daba miedo su ubicación, pero tienen un servicio de recogida en la estación de Saga, por lo que en 30 minutos estábamos en el hotel! Se encuentra en un entorno precioso rodeado de naturaleza. Es un hotel para pasar el día disfrutando de sus espacios, especialmente de su zona de spa. Tiene varios onsen al aire libre con vistas a las montañas, zona de baños de pie y ofrecen muchos servicios de masaje, baño de arena... Nuestra habitación era de estilo japonés. Nos enamoramos solo cruzar la puerta de su mezcla de tradición y modernidad. Una de las habitaciones más bonitas de nuestro viaje a Japón. Muy amplia y con una decoración muy cuidada. Tuvimos la suerte de probar un menú degustación en el restaurante Watahan y fue una maravilla! El desayuno es de estilo buffet, muy variado! Nos dio mucha pena quedarnos solo una noche! Si volvemos a Kyushu nos encantaría repetir la experiencia!

Living in a village. Better to have car. The host Ivy is awesome with passion to introduce what studf are good nearby. She can speak in Cantonese. Hope you guys can enjoy.

1人旅で2食付きで宿泊しました。お部屋は和室8畳ベッドタイプ。部屋が明るく川下りを見下ろせます。掃除も行き届いていると思います。フロント、売店、レストランの皆様はテキパキとされ、ですが、マニュアル通りではない暖かさを感じました。優しさや親切を度々感じます。食事も申し分ないお料理。アルコールもリーズナブルです。 静かな街です。ちょっと現実逃避や癒しを求めるにはちょうどいい。 お風呂は展望大浴場や露天風呂二箇所。展望大浴場は立ってしまうと、川下りの船から見えるらしいので、お気をつけて。

施設は多少古いですがレストランはリフォームしてきれいです。お食事が地元の珍しい食材など使っていておいしくいただきました。部屋からはお庭が見えます。畳の部屋にお庭でのんびり旅気分を味わえます。 駅からも観光スポットからも多少距離があります。車かタクシーが便利。

We stopped overnight in Yanagawa on our road trip from Nagasaki to Fukuoka. As a recently new hotel we decided on New Gaea. Not that new really as it was just a makeover with the old facade still visible when you open the sliding windows to see the exisiting old walls. Check-in was OK BUT my complain (as I think others would too) is that there is no driveway or any place for our vehicle to stop in front of the hotel to drop our luggage or to check-in before heading to the carpark which was some 5-minutes walk away beyond the railroad crossing. So we had to borrow the opposite neighbor's driveway to unload/load our luggage. Hotel has no onsite carpark facility, except when we were at the lounge for drinks that we noticed a small parking area, probably for staff behind the building. There's a lift in the hotel, free welcome drinks in the evening with bubbly after 9pm till 11pm and the rooms were quiet. We were in a 3-bedder and pretty comfortable in size with our luggage opened. Good WiFi coverage, clean room with full amenities. In the morning after checking-out we left our luggage with the front desk to explore Yanagawa. Good location as the canal is just behind and follow either way one will reach the shrines and the castle moat. Train station is nearby on one end of the hotel and a mall with supermarket is within 10-minutes walking.

柳川駅の目の前という好立地のルートインです。禁煙ルームを利用しました。 シングルですが、部屋は十分広く、PCなどの作業ができる小さなデスクがあるのは便利でした。大浴場があるのも特徴ですが、その分公共の場所で客の服装が旅館のようになってしまうのは、ホテルとしてはややグローバル感に欠けると感じました。 サービスモーニングはビュッフェ形式ですが、スタッフの気づきもよく気持ちよく利用できました。 総じて気持ちよく利用できるホテルだと思います。

ดีมากเมื่อเทียบกับราคา แต่ต้องขับรถนะคะ ถึงจะสะดวกค่ะ ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ค่ะ เมืองซากา ช่วงที่พวกเราไปค่อนข้างเยอะมาก เราไม่สามารถจองโรงแรมในบริเวณนั้นได้เลยต้องขับออกมาที่นี่แต่ก็ไม่เลวค่ะ

お部屋 角部屋だったので、川と海とお城すべてが見える とてもきれいな部屋でした。 通常のツインよりも少し広めだと思います。 大浴場 部屋のユニットバスは利用せず、大浴場に行きました。 シャンプーバーがあり、お風呂も広めですいていて、 洗面コーナーでのドライヤーもゆっくりとできました。 以前はスリッパに名前シールを貼って、他人のものと取り違えないような仕組みになっていましたが、 なくなっていましたので、引き続きしていただけるとありがたいです。 ウェルカムラウンジ 新しく始まったサービスで、フリードリンクとお菓子（グミやマシュマロなど）がありました。 コーヒー、紅茶、ソフトドリンクだけでなく、 ビールとスパークリングワインまであって驚きました。 開放感のある会場で、のんびり過ごすことができました。 駐車場は無料、近くにコンビニもあって便利です。 また利用させていただきます。
