Hotel near metro station, mall and restaurants, very convenient. Room is clean, not very big but good enough. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good raport quality price good breakfast

The room was clean, and it was nice to be able to watch online videos like YouTube on the TV. The view from the window was nice, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. It would have been even better if the shampoo in the bath was a rinse-in shampoo, and if the hand and body soap was a foam type. Also, it was disappointing that the coffee machine was only available at breakfast time and that there were no coffee sticks in the amenities. I couldn't eat breakfast because it was early in the morning, but I was glad that I could drink coffee and green juice. The food was delicious. I would like to take my time and enjoy breakfast next time. The front desk staff were also kind, which I was happy about.

The Wi-Fi was too slow and the smell of cigarettes was too strong. The room was full so I couldn't change it.

A decent hotel with a good location

The front desk was very unfriendly and I was annoyed.

When I booked, there was only a smoking room available, so I added a special request to see if I could switch to a non-smoking room. But when I checked in, I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms for the next day. I had to make do with it. Because I was going to the University of Zoology, I chose to stay in Hashimoto, which was the nearest station, and it was only one JR station away. It was really basic facilities. Fortunately, it was clean. The breakfast options were also basic. In fact, choosing to stay in Hachioji was also convenient.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the service was warm and thoughtful.

There is parking, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient.
