My recent stay at the Clarion Inn Sevilla and was unpleasant experience. Food quality as well as service was very poor, Room smells like no one was here for decades The bathroom was always wet and poorly maintained, making it uncomfortable to use. I would not like to give half star 😔😔😔 See drinking water served in the photo

Had a great stay there. Try to book via online sites. You will have good deal. Food was yum. Ample parking space. Safe and secure for a family stay. Room was enough spacious. Washrooms are clean and properly maintained. Highly Recommend... 👍

Our recent two-night stay at Hotel Clarion Inn Zirakpur Chandigarh with a group of over 50 college mates left us thoroughly dissatisfied. We encountered numerous issues that marred our experience. Firstly, the staff was either absent or lacked the necessary experience and communication skills to effectively assist guests. This led to frustration and inefficiency in resolving any concerns we had during our stay. The culinary experience was far from satisfactory, with the quality of food being subpar. Moreover, the rooms were not up to standard in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The malfunctioning door locking system posed a security risk, and the presence of insects in the bathroom was utterly unacceptable. Additionally, the non-functional flush exacerbated the already unpleasant situation. To add to our dismay, the manager failed to address our grievances in a satisfactory manner, further highlighting the lack of professionalism and accountability within the establishment. Overall, our stay at Hotel Clarion Inn Zirakpur Chandigarh fell short of expectations on multiple fronts, and we would not recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We visited here only for one day. Worst hotel experience ever. Stained toilet, tvs not working, showers broken, and no towels for the room. Informed reception but not responded. At restuarent uncleaned dishes, found hair in two curries. Had to goto washroom to wash our hands and lately no water. Rooms can here very loud noice when theres a function in 6th floor. Never recommend this hotel to any one.🤮

The hotel's 4 Star rating on MMT is deceptive. The hotel's rooms are poorly maintained, with dirty bedsheets and pillowcases, and the toilets are not cleaned. The room service team is unresponsive and the reception team is unhelpful. I regret my decision to stay here and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Here are some of the problems I encountered: The first room we were assigned, 416, had curtains that did not adequately cover the windows, compromising our privacy. We were later moved to room 419. Room 419 had dirty bedsheets and pillowcases. It took about 45 minutes for fresh bedding to be delivered after we informed the room service personnel. The electrical kettle was damaged and inoperable, and the hotel staff did not take any action to address this issue. The TV was not working. The toilets were not properly cleaned. Guys, never ever visit this property.

Excellent arrangements for our party.Manager Rajan is a thorough professional.Staff also were very responsive . Guest rooms were well mad though in one room towels had to be asked hich were given promptly Lifts need immediate power backup

Worst uncleaned room. Toilets with stains. Bad odour from washroom through out the room even you close the washroom door. Mosquitoes flying around everywhere inside the room. They have renovated the rooms to show good look. But basic facilities not up to the mark. Not recommended to stay even for 1 night.

Horrible and pathetic hotel. No hot water. Staff took half an hour to get 2 buckets of water. Cockroaches in the room. Stinking smell in the room Rude staff, not helpful at all. Flush of toilet does not work
