"We had such a wonderful time at Sanctuary Kanchanaburi! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Our room was incredibly spacious, and my kids absolutely loved the bathtub. The swimming pool was beautiful and a joy to swim in. The staff were so friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more special. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise for the whole family."

"We had a great stay in Saiyok River House. The cabin is summary, but it was enough. There is a restaurant on the site, which is practical. The place is quiet and peaceful. The staff is gentle and helpful. We recommend this accommodation."

"A chic location on the Quai River right across the bridge on which the train is riding over the river. Very picturesque, especially in the evening when the diverse bridge lighting is turned on. The territory of the hotel is large, we lived on water, breakfast in the main building, there and the recipe, we went there and back on the car)."

"The accommodation has a very good atmosphere. The entrance is a bit hidden, the road is a bit rough, but it is not an obstacle to travel. The room we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a large bathtub. The staff provided good service. Overall, we liked it very much. We give it a full 10 points. If we have a chance, we would like to go again."

"There are very nice gardens and lawns, and the food in the restaurant is not bad. No one in the reception area speaks English, so no one can tell how to use the hotel facilities, missed some hotel activities, the hotel massage and pool are closed. There are so many moths and mosquitoes at night, it will be a bit disturbing to eat. The location of the hotel is next to the River Kwai and the Thai-Myanmar Railway, which is very distinctive. Suitable for self-driving."

"The resort has many types of rooms. If you don't call and ask, the reservation is incorrect. Inside is very wide. I'm tired of walking. Next to the river, cool breeze. The service of the employees here is 100 points. Everyone is very attentive, from the front desk to Bell Boy. The maid's room was well done and clean. But I would like to complain that there is no hair dryer. There is no doormat. and wifi doesn't work That is, I can't work at all. Can't use the internet because the signal is rather poor on the mountain. Other than that, everything is good."

Amazing
RRichard DavidAbsolutely beautiful location and incredible scenery on the river. Spacious rooms with everything you need, and terrace with seating to sit outside by the water is amazing. Restaurant serves excellent food and drinks, with a lot of choice in both, including a good choice at the buffet breakfast too. The real charm in this place is the fantastic service by all of the staff - very friendly, helpful and genuine. We left knowing we will visit again. 100% recommend.

NNITIWATWhat I liked:
1. The reception staff were truly exceptional and incredibly service-minded. I can't praise them enough; they were definitely the highlight of my entire stay.
2. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a pleasant overall ambiance.
3. The evening restaurant served delicious food, and the prices were quite reasonable considering its remote location away from the city.
What I didn't like:
1. The internet, which is a crucial utility these days, was absolutely terrible. On a scale of 1-10, I wouldn't even give it a 0; it was a solid -10. It was a massive waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. Despite calling for assistance 2-3 times, the issue was never resolved during my entire 3-night stay. I was utterly displeased.
2. Our room was situated too close to the restaurant, and the constant thumping bass music until 10 PM was incredibly annoying and disruptive.
3. While the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, personally, I found the quality and taste to be quite subpar.
4. It would be highly beneficial if the restaurant had air conditioning, as it felt very stuffy and warm, especially during the hot season.
Conclusion:
In summary, if I were asked whether I would return to stay here again or recommend it to others, my answer would be a resounding no.

GGuest UserOverall, the facilities were well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the shower temperature was comfortable.
Dinner was a buffet style, but it got a little boring after two days in a row. However, there are no restaurants nearby, so it was good to be able to get all my meals at the hotel.
What impressed me most about this hotel were the staff, who had lovely smiles.
Everyone was friendly, and although we had a number of issues, including our child being unwell, they were very kind and helpful.

UUrban_FoxxWe had a very pleasant stay. Hotel provided us with the transportation which we didn't need to pay, to go to Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi waterfall. Which we enjoyed so much. It's an awesome spot to visit with the family close by.. food in their restaurant was great! Cocktails also. Everything well maintained, staff very helpfull and everything that we needed was arranged very fast. Top quality service! Top people! Thank you for great experience!

GGuest UserThis was fabulous! Located in a lush green surrounding, it was an amazing place to scape. They had a pool that overlooked a lovely lake and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic- stunning and serene. The kids did ziplining and the course was right on the hotel grounds. We did a day trip from here to Erawan National Park. Highly recommend this place!

Shuttle service from Thon Buri station to be pre-arranged with the hotel for the round trip.
Attentive staff.
Plan on walking for about 45 minutes to get to the waterfall.
Forget the scooter there because there is no rental service but it is an ideal spot to explore the surroundings by car.
You can also book a tour on the river at the reception which will detour you 🙏

AAnonymous UserStayed in a raft room next to the river, very good atmosphere, clean rooms, strong shower, good service staff. The raft room was moved further away from before. Have to walk up and down about 50 steps and continue walking to the room. It's a bit difficult if you have to go anywhere often. The hotel has 3 swimming pools and avengers activities to choose from. And you shouldn't miss out on buying activities to soak in mineral water, do a spa, have a Thai massage at Rock Valley Hot Spring. There are 15 springs of mineral water, very worthwhile 😄

GGuest UserWonderful hotel. It's in a remote location, so I recommend having your own car to get there and to explore the area if that’s what you’re looking for.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful and accommodating to vegetarian guests like me. They even took us to a nearby coffee shop (U Terrace, which I strongly recommend) in their own car.
The food is tasty, and both breakfast and dinner are included.
There is free rafting available in an amazing location, and the swimming pool is great.
