Quelle belle surprise !!! Une réservation faite a 20h, une arrivée à minuit. Avec une jolie enveloppe personnalisée dans un coffre fort. Nous avons trouvé une chambre très confortable et cosy.Une salle de bain très propre, sans calcaire et une douche avec beaucoup de pression. Des petites attentions sont prevues ( rasoir, cotons, cotons tiges, lime à ongles, kit de couture, brosse à dents, dentifrice…). Une cafetière est présente dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner : des produits locaux, artisanaux, frais, diversifiés et divinement bons. Machine à café à grains, differentes sortes de chocolats, thés artisanaux, bacon et oeufs à la demande, salade de fruits, viennoiseries, pains frais, yaourts, fromages, charcuterie, différentes confitures et « nutella », jus d’orange frais et divers jus de fruits…. Tout cela dans un cadre idyllique, sur un magnifique parc. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’observer des écureuils 🐿️ . Nous saluons également la gentillesse des employés que ce soit vendredi soir au téléphone ou le lendemain à la réception et au petit déjeuner. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable, ne changez pas !!!

Belle situation en centre-ville Très bon accueil, tarif très raisonnable eu égard à la prestation globale et chambre à la modernité sobre. Seule petite réserve, l'ascenseur est un peu étroit ! Petit déjeuner avec possibilité de déguster des produits locaux (ex. granolas, remarquables) Nous avions pris une chambre avec lit XL, top !

Ayant réservé 4 chambres pour une réunion de famille et fort d’une première expérience dans cet établissement il y a quelques années sous l’enseigne ”première classe ” l’expérience ne fut pas la même. Même si l établissement à vieillit (les moquettes des couloirs tachées et les caches poussière sous les sommiers pendouille un peu ) la prestation reste correcte. NEANMOINS le but premier d’un hôtel est de dormir ! Donc quand la climatisation qui est existantes mais qui ne fonctionne pas et qui apparemment n’est pas prête de fonctionner. Avec une température au mois de juillet à 30 degrés hors canicule dans la chambre et les fenêtres donnant à une dizaine de mètres sur la rocade de Laval comment dire ? Que le termes de TOUT CONFORT dans votre descriptif publicitaire de votre établissement me paraît pour ma part un peu mensonger Puisque pour ne pas finir déshydratée nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte et donc sans rideaux occultant (fenêtre ouvertes compliqué) donc avec la circulation même réduite cela reste une rocade et l’éclairage de celle ci SUPER ! Le summum les 4 chambres réservé du même côté donc même expérience. Mon soucis c’est moi qui ai conseillé cette hôtel ! Malgré les réclamations par 2 fois à la réception c’est la direction.patati patata.... et ma demande de voir la direction il travaille pas le samedi ah bon ! 2 étoiles car les prestations secondaires restent bonnes mais la principale de dormir dans de bonne condition ne sont pas atteinte.

Bon hôtel, un accueil à améliorer ! Concernant le bureau d'accueil, on ne voit pas la personne assise derrière le bar, peut-être pour cacher mon manque de sourire! Parties communes de l'hôtel plutôt agréables, parking gratuit. Concernant la chambre, literie de bonne qualité et propreté au rendez-vous. Par contre l'hôtel est vieillissant.
