The hotel is nice and clean. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. The parking just in front the hotel. The is a good park for a walk 2 min by car. To go to the city is around 10-15 min.

Very basic breakfast (even if cheap), broken toaster but left in place by the staff who tell you, "Yes, I know it broke 20 minutes ago, but I'm swamped," and then you see the guy at reception who has time to chat with everyone (delivery drivers), but the toaster is still there and broken... clearly they have different priorities. Shower in room 128 had mold and limescale.

I was so grateful to the receptionist who kindly helped me check in despite my late arrival. The breakfast was also decent. The free parking was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the Normandy region.

Good value for money, functional room, ideal for a short stay. Decent breakfast. However, Tripadvisor listed it as €6.31 but I paid €6.50, so I'm a bit confused. Also, remember to bring your own soap. There isn't any for washing your hands, and getting it from the shower dispenser is a bit of a hassle. Comfortable bed, courtyard view. Wardrobe/closet and small desk in the room. Elevator, ATM in the lobby, and a Super U or Netto supermarket a 5-minute walk away. Well located if you need to work in the area. Very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

A pleasant and clean hotel. I loved the room with its superb bathroom and shower. The breakfast room was clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, welcome, very friendly, very large parking lot, small problem, the gate opens and closes continuously, which creates traffic jams in the street, rather than having a gate open during the day... Otherwise good overall

The negative points : Reception hours with staff only from 5 p.m. while you can arrive from 3 p.m. You have to read on the door how to enter and go to the terminal at the gate to be able to enter, a hassle if you are in a hurry and if it is raining. No soap near the sink next to the toilet, you have to get into the shower to get soap. Tourist tax not included in the room price. Expensive breakfast for what is offered. The positive points : everything else

Hotel Première Classe Caen value for money excellent facilities very good sleeping very good room quite comfortable.

Beautiful room on the 2nd floor. Seen in the closed parking lot. Quiet despite some noisy guests at 2am.
