All Inclusive- Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort & Casino Adult Only

One of the best resorts in the United States in my opinion. All inclusive, friendly staff members, great dining options, and lots of fun activities to do such as atv in Frederiksted and zip lining. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were a good size, the property was clean, nice pool and the extra activities were nice.

The staff was outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful. No question was left unanswered or ignored. Would definitely go back. This was just a laid back and relax short vacation. If I was to go back, may take advantage of taxi service and go on into St. Croix for more "touristy" stuff.

Extremely small and a distance from all excursions and towns. There is no free shuttle and taxis are expensive ($25 per person one way from the airport or Christensted) and you must book them ahead of time. Tuscany restaurant (only open certain days, reservation required) meals were hit and miss but is better than the main dining room which was closed for private events 2 of the 5 days we were there. Only other option for food was pool bar (food was good, but typical bar food) or a five minute walk up a steep hill to ****** to the small cafeteria. For entertainment, Karaoke 2 out of the 5 nights (UGH), and illusionist 2 out of the 5 nights (again UGH) and then a DJ for an hour and fire dancers. That's it folks. We went into both Christensted and Fredericksted (again at high taxi prices) to go shopping. Even though the cruise ships come into Fredericksted, the shopping is VERY limited (and was about a 45-50 minute taxi ride). Christensted had more shopping, but after walking all the downtown streets and boardwalk, visiting many shops and even having lunch, we were done by 1:30 pm. Again, not much to see. No offer of excursions, we only saw the concierge one time (on the second to last day). Any other time the desk was empty. Floors were not mopped in the room and our second to last day, we were not given any new towels nor was the counter even wiped down. Would not go back. Better places to visit.

This property was the worst all inclusive resort we have stayed in. We have been going to one a year for many years and this had no good food (only 1 restaurant and 1 buffet), no entertainment. A night of DJ is not entertainment and then a guitar player putting everyone to sleep. The blow dryer had to be used from a sitting position. The drinks had the weakest alcohol and the diet cokes were expired. Awful !

Please do not waste your time and money, what you see on line and what you get is totally two different things.

The hotel room when we walked in smelled fresh and clean. The staff was very nice and the food was good especially the grill by the pool. They know how to make good drinks! The biggest bummer was the beach! We came to the island for swimming in the ocean and snorkeling however there was SO much sea**** at the beach it was mounded up where the water ended. You could not swim there and we had to drive to other beaches to do any water sports. The hotel offered free use of water equipment but due to the condition of beach and water you couldn’t use them. Also the sea**** smelled like dead fish which made being outside kinda hard to enjoy.

The resort was nice and quiet. The a/c worked great, food was good. The staff was awesome. We realty enjoyed Tiffany and Nicole, Jordan and zalisha (the pregnant one). Nicole was from St. Croix and shared her love for the island, very interesting. Tiffany was so much fun and helpful with some sunscreen. Loren at the concierge desk was very helpful. The one later in the week was only aware of dive stuff. She needs to learn the other offerings.

The beach area was relatively small and not well maintained. Certain features of the property were likewise not well kept and, showed signs of premature wear and tear.
