De jongenman die aan de receptie stond toen wij savonds laat arriveerde was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De mevrouw die er in de ochtend was vond ik daarentegen iets minder vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was prima, alleen is wel aan vervanging toe. Vies tapijt en een oud bed. Wel netjes dat er meerdere handdoeken aanwezig waren. Voor 1 overnachting als tussenstop was het prima maar in de klantvriendelijkheid valt nog wel wat te behalen.

Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. Barely got in 4 hours of sleep, then went for breakfast (I had already paid for it). Half the fruits were stale, the eggs boiler was connected but even after trying 2 times of 10 min and with assistance of the staff, the eggs never boiled. I just left the hotel without proper breakfast as I did not want to be late for my business meetings, deciding I'll never ever return to this establishment again. The staff was professional, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and 24 hours assistance as bare minimum. Please avoid

I had warned that we were attending a wedding and that we would need tranquility. The insulation of the windows overlooking the expressway is correct, but the rooms between them is really accessory. But the worst thing is on Sunday morning the housekeeper who speaks very loud on the phone (in Spanish) without stopping, which resonates in the hallway and in the rooms and that at 8 am (a little hard when you go to bed at 3 am). I had to tell her to make less boxwood (but she took revenge on the bathroom accessories obviously). And then at 9am, she knocks at our door and insists 3 times until we answer her and then she says "sorry!" and then she leaves. I have experienced tons of hotels in dozens of countries (including Spain), but this is a total lack of respect for the customer. I ask to open a claim.

From a professional visit, I think that the hotel needs to be renovated and to pay attention to the external cleanliness. The reception remains the most basic. Only the restaurant seems to raise the general rating of the site

Chambre familiale agréable et très propre. Attention aux escaliers pour accéder à la mezzanine. Salle de bain très propre et avec baignoires. Personnel à l’accueil sympathique. Proche des accès 2x2, restaurant, station service.
