The hotel has an excellent location (1 minute from the sea). There are good £15 breakfasts and evening dinners with a quiet large menu for hotel restaurants.

It is so nice and beautiful, I love the hotel very much, the staffs are friendly, I hope I would be able to stay there again!

staffs are very helpful and able to attent to our needs.. they assisted us with big smiles and delivered such a professional way of services.

很不錯的居住體驗，雖然位置離市中心有一點遠，但是價格也對應實惠點，而且設施，環境，服務都不錯，旁邊有超市，路對面就是大海，挺安靜的。還自帶一個bar。推薦～

地理位置好，近市中心，房間也大，衞生不錯，不足的是我住的一層衞生間窗户打不開，無法透氣。

Right by the glorious beach. Easy walk into main town square. Fabulous food options in and around hotel. Delicious hotel breakfast in really good breakfasting restaurant. Really good staff at breakfast. Really lovely and helpful day reception staff (Zara especially)

Very pleasant staff Breakfast was included and was good apart from the usual eggs being kept in heaters going hard Pool small but good and small hot tub Rooms a little old fashioned but there is obviously an ongoing up date programme Position excellent Bus stops close by and on edge of St Helier so walking is possible Sea across the road and access to beach

He staff were professional, and overall my stay was comfortable and I was able to relax.

i stayed here for 1 night last weekend. i was a solo traveller. the room was ok, a very small room with a single bed and table. the bathroom was ok, shower was dated, old and a bit rusty. my room was directly next to the pool entrance so it was noisy as the pool was often being used. the floors are like rice paper and you can hear every conversation of the people above you. the walls were also paper thin and could hear everything outside your room. the breakfast was the best part. full english buffet style, as well as cereals, juices, pastries, and toast. car park was very odd. had about 8 spaces outside the hotel which were all very weird angles and no one could park properly. there was an overflow car park which had about 10 more spaces so not the best when it gets busy i imagine. would not stay again

It was nice It’s an old hotel But it is good I love the coffee in the room Note: in the winter the heater is not strong, so it was cold in the room. But overall it was good.

The staff at the hotel are welcoming and friendly, then I was told the swimming wasn't available (which wasn't informed until at hotel) heating in the room wasn't working on first night and not at all in the bathroom, when taps turned on black metallic/rust came out (says they don't do proper water checks) shower took 15mins just to warm-up

Received a warm welcome arrival and although I was slightly early they checked me in straight away. Lovely, interesting building full of nooks and crannies. Very clean. Room was serviced to a high standard every day. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely sausages. Only complaint is the coffee was awful. Plenty of hot water in the shower. On a direct bus route into St Helier or Gorey in the other direction. Close to the beach for lovely walks. I would definitely stay here again.

Car park was packed in the evening but I understand there was repair work going on after the Ciaran storm . Room 37 has heaters not radiators Shower handle was very stiff to turn on Pillows were a bit uncomfortable - u personally like feather down pillows. Breakfast at £15 rather expensive . Otherwise as a regular customer it was a comfortable stay .

Hôtel well situated next to the seaside. Room was ok, but curtains need to be renewed . Swimming pool is ok, but sauna is old and need to be relooked. Breakfast is very good .
