Friendly staff clean and comfortable accommodation heated pool and spar a bit on the cold side

Nice position, 10 mins walking to restaurants, not bad, in the middle of single houses. Reception was closed when I arrived, I called and the clerk came right away, gave me key and was in room.

The Kimberley Hotel was really good. Staff were very accommodating considering I had booked for 5 people and trip.com allowed us to book a four bed room for 5 people (i had assumed it included a roll out bed) Was very annoyed when we arrived as very tired after a long drive, however the staff at The Kimberley Gardens Hotel were very accomodating and upgraded us to an adjoining room at no extra cost. Would not book with trip.com again, but would definitely stay at Kimberley Gardens again.

Good value. I enjoyed the in room dining and the bar and restaurant on roof top. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The bedding is clean, the soundproofing is good, and the hotel is very quiet. Foreign hotels generally don't have slippers or toothpaste, so you have to bring your own.

The service is friendly, but it is quite old. The hotel is under expansion, so the outside is dirty.

Great stay experience! The room has a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. The water pressure in the bathroom is great, bathing is very comfortable, and the water drains quickly. The room was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The hygiene of the room was acceptable, and staff came to take out the trash every day, but the sheets were not changed even after we stayed for four days. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good and there is free parking outside the door👍🏻

Mainly free parking, but the room has a slight musty smell and the front desk is very nice
