I like this property and it was aesthetically pleasing, but the parking garage was just too far away and the shuttle wasn’t available. We had a far walk in the snow and was not able to see our vehicle.
Other that that the stay was good. The bartender Q at WXYZ was awesome and really nice!

10min walking distance Off-site parking. poor plumbing issue. I have to change room 2 times. 1st room with broken faucet. 2nd room with clog shower. I was there on New Year's Eve, I heard some gunshots around 1 am. I look out the window and some kids are shooting.

Never had a remote for the TV and only one coffee cup for a multi night stay. Parking is inconvenient but at least it is free. Rooms have great high ceilings but seemingly inadequate sound insulation. Mostly good and would stay again around this price.

The room was amazing! And the staff….loved them all! They were so nice, helpful and a delight to talk to!
I would however turn down the “perfume” that is piped in, it was way too overpowering. It really affected my allergies!

This space was a very helpful stay for my visiting concerts in the Loop. It's a 5-min or less walk to the Cortex metro stop, and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. The room was unique and very comfortable. They had the best pillows I've slept on in a long time! The only downside was, for newer-seeming construction, the walls were fairly thin. I could regularly hear my neighbors' activities a little more clearly than I'd expect for a hotel, and the bar music from wxyz downstairs carried loudly in the evening (but stopped by about 10, I think). Overall, I'd stay here again, for sure.

This hotel has no parking! The structure is 3 blocks away and was not even recommended to us in check in. Walls are thin- on Saturday night was awoken by a loud argument in the hallway. Halls are painted dark color and felt ominous. Would not recommend this hotel unless it’s all your budget allows.

Once you step into the building you'll get a blast of hot dry air and a strong unpleasant odor.
Parking is either on the street or pay $25 for a "secure" parking building but if you read the back of the ticket stated clearly the company who owns the building isnt responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items including your vehicle.
The odd odor is theoughout the building. Your room is meh and the only thing separating the toliet and the rest of the room is a sliding door no vents.
Food is frozen breakfast food that they serve hot.
Location isnt close to much, if staying in stl for vacation book elsewhere.
Summary, staff except 1 were polite. Clean but strange odor, book somewhere more convenient

Wow!! I can’t say enough, I’ve stayed in a lot of places, but the Aloft was one of the best. The location was great. The front desk clerk was a jewel, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Again. Already planning another trip!!
