Hotel berhampiran Chesa Futura, Saint Moritz

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

I agree with all the positive sentiments given here with my only concern being the size of the bathroom and the awkwardness of getting in and out of the shower. This may be room dependent but ours was quite small and the entrance to the shower/tub would be a challenge for an elderly or limited mobility person. The height of the tub and lack of grab rails make this a challenge along with the fact the way the glass shower door hinges back into the sink area. This is even more so trying to get out of the tub where your feet are now wet and the tub will be slippery.

Stayed here for 2 nights stayed in room 32, when we walked in we thought waw what a room but then we went to close the door and the handle came off went to report it and was told we are waiting on technical to come and fix it but they dont work weekends,huge fire hazard, the safe doesnt work its in the wardrobe above the bed so have to stand on a chair to get to it, he bed is lovely and comfy, bathroom is lovely, we stayed and there was snow on the ground the room was freezing my husband went to complain and was told the heating is on he asked for a heater and was told they dont have any we have searched the room there is no radiator or vent in this room to allow the heat to come in, after sitting under the quilt for 2 hrs and -4 outside i went to complain was told dont know whats wrong as heating is on and offered us a small heater which earlier was told didnt have 1 glad its the last night

Love everything about this hotel - location, food, breakfast. Bed is comfy and bath room Super clean everyone super nice ✨ can’t wait to come back again.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. A gorgeous hotel in the heart of St. Moritz. Spacious rooms over looking the mountains. They just opened a brand new covered Italian restaurant at the back of the hotel. It’s shaped like a tube with clear glass windows on the roof and on the side. The food, the ambiance, the service, the cocktails was just prefect. I would highly recommend the veggie lasagna. Loved everything about this hotel except there were far too many tour groups staying at the hotel so it got a little chaotic at breakfast time in the restaurant and they did not have enough staff to keep up with the demand. I noticed one waitress was asking other guests if they wanted omelet or they were fine with the buffet. Unfortunately she did not came to our table. I called her a couple of times but her attention was on other guests.

It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.
