Fabulous hotel. Restaurant is excellent but a bit over priced . Fabulous beach but unfortunately you cant swim because of sharks . Dissatisfied when i arrived back with a half bottle of wine and wasn’t allowed drink it on the terrace so had to buy an over priced bottle from the bar

Surely once nice hotel that would need to be redone. The location with direct beach access is very nice and the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming. We had however expected more for the price we paid. When we arrived the drains in the bathroom were clogged. We also ate dinner at the restaurant once and unfortunately they have no experience with allergenes.

When I moved into my room, the air conditioning wasn't working. The next day I complained about this and nothing was done for 7 hours. The reception stubbornly refuses to speak English with guests. There was also no apology for not taking care of the problem. Then a technician came who couldn't get the air conditioning to work. Then a second technician was supposed to come, whereupon I asked for a new room. Then I was supposed to vacate my room within 5 minutes, which is a disgrace. As for the hotel itself, I have to say... If you like dirty floors, worn, falling apart furniture, saggy mattresses, only hot water in the shower, a dirty, ice-cold pool, only white bread for breakfast and a non-cooling, unlit refrigerator, this is the place for you. This is my experience with this hotel. The hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars. I would put it more in the 2-3 star range. The room price is overpriced and unjustified. And above all, the reception staff are arrogant and do their work without a smile. I would advise anyone not to book a room here. It's not worth the money.

Nous revenons d’un séjour de 15 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous étions en demi-pension. La chambre était grande et propre (juste l’isolation des fenêtres à refaire). Le restaurant le soir est gastronomique, rien à dire sur cela. Le personnel est très agréable. Les inconvénients sont au niveau du bar : bière et whisky pas disponibles tous les jours (ce qui ne correspond pas à un standing d’un 4 étoiles), les boissons sont élevés exemple un verre de whisky à 11€.. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel sans aucun doute.

[Uniquement Restaurant] - Un personnel aux petits soins Pour l’anniversaire de ma mère, l’équipe a su nous accueillir avec le sourire et plein de petites attentions (table face à l’océan, nappe qualitative et petite plante, bougie sur dessert, photos). Le personnel est à l’écoute et m’a même aidé à retrouver un bracelet perdu sous le caillebotis. Merci infiniment. Nourriture qualitative, servie dans un temps juste. C’était parfait.

Nous avions réservé une suite junior avec accès à la piscine. L'accueil était excellent, mais l'absence d'eau offerte dans la chambre était regrettable. La piscine était magnifique, cependant elle n'a pas été entretenue durant tout notre séjour. Concernant la restauration, les délais d'attente étaient considérables. Le plat de poisson était remarquable, mais le plat de viande laissait à désirer, notamment au vu de son prix élevé (34€ pour une entrecôte). L'établissement nécessiterait une rénovation et l'hygiène est perfectible (nacos du restaurant très sales, sièges endommagés, peinture à rafraîchir par endroits).

Dans l'ensemble belle découverte mais avec des bémols. Chambre correcte piscine originale excellent petit déjeuner. Mais la restauration en demi-pension laisse un goût amer de par la lenteur du service et des choix proposés. Plat principal froid, le plateau de fromage plus que ridicule avec 5 à 6 sortes de fromage avec des portions de dinette!!!Dommage.

Suite junior juste parfaite. Très propre. L’hôtel est juste magnifique et a vraiment un cachet exceptionnel. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner très complet. Piscine non chauffée c’est le seul point noir de ce hôtel!
