Having spent 12 nights at this fabulous hotel, we were once again reminded why it holds such a special place in our hearts. The location is unmatched, with the vibrant energy of St. Tropez right at your doorstep—everything from the charming shops to the picturesque port is just a short stroll away. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional concierge service. Samuel and his incredible team have outdone themselves once again. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to ensuring our every need was met, truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers above and beyond expectations, but they do it effortlessly. We’re already counting down the days until our return next year!

We enjoyed our three night stay in a ground floor room with private patio. It was very spacious and nicely furnished with a very nice bathroom and a small refrigerator..the pool area was beautiful tho the pool was pretty cold during our visit in late September.. The staff were friendly and there was a parking lot..It was well located about 7 minutes from the Lices parking garage in St Tropez from which you can easily walk to the port and many restaurants..the hotel gets mixed reviews so we were pleasantly surprised at how attractive, comfortable and convenient it was. It was also fairly priced in this very expensive town. We highly recommend it.

What a surprise to find such a superb good value hotel in such close proximity to St Tropez. It feels as if it has been recently renovated….but all I do know is that it is Fabulous with a capital F!! The team who run it could not be more helpful or friendly, location is stunning, great pool and my room was just exceptional! It was clean with great air con and a very functional bathroom……then breakfast, either eating inside or out, was just really good Honestly I cannot praise it enough……

The service by the hotel was really good. We enjoyed both our complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. The hotel provide free shuttle rides to the town and private beach clubs as well. The gardens are beautiful
The sauna and steam room was very hot, way above the normal spa in other hotels which are slightly strange. The pools are okay not particularly special. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and food is mediocre. We had to send the carbonara back because it was inedible with the amount of salt in it.
The most puzzling issue we had was actually our room is fully lighted in white light, which is not common in a 5 star luxury hotel. There was no ambient light. The bathroom looks like a hospital toilet, and the decor looks outdated. We requested to change to other rooms but the hotel said they are full. It was then we found out that some rooms have already been refurbished with better lightings, and some are still dated. It made us wonder whether they gave us an outdated room because we booked via a third party website and not direct.
We had high expectations because this is a 1500 dollars stay, and we expected way more for the room. Despite liking the service, we have to say it is not value for money, and the hotel can do way better in terms of their room and restaurant.

Beautiful garden, wonderful swimmingpool. Genuin greek hotel driven by a nice family. Wonderful breakfast served at the table in the nice garden. This could be a five star if not for all the rules we got informed about along the week. We have three kids, 7, 10 and 12. First day our kids were swimming 4 pm and the owner told us swimming was not aloud between 3 and 5.30 in the afternoon because they had problem with the neighbour complaining. For us, this was the best time to hang around the pool, just after the beach, so we were a bit disappointed. We could only swim if we were silent, this is not the case when you have kids. Next day we were on our way to swim around 9.30 pm (pool were suppose to be open until 10 pm). But we were told not to swim because they were cleaning the pool… Two nights, around midnight when we just got into bed the owner called us and said we could not use the AC on 16 degrees and high fan since the motor would burn out and it was too loud for other guests. Next night when we put the aircon on 20 degrees they called us again because the noise from the AC disturbed other guests… all together this unfortunately made us feel not so welcome.. They could have informed us when we checked in about the pool and AC rules. The owner were very helpful with recommendations on tours and restaurants. And cleaning was very good. We would recommend you to have a car. You can easily walk during the night for restaurants but a car is needed during the hot days to go to nice beaches. Overall, we would say it is better for couples and adults. Syvota is a lovely place. Rent a boat and also we recommend a visit to the Anchor river.

Wow!! I cannot speak / write highly enough of Le Suffren Hotel. The customer service was absolutely first class from the whole team, but I must call out Laurent and Celine, who are probably the best Ambassadors for an hotel I have ever encountered. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and really went ‘the extra mile’ to make our holiday truly special. It was almost like we were house guests as they were so genuine, friendly and caring. The hotel is absolutely spotless and has everything you would need. One side of the hotel overlooks the beautiful canal network / marina and the other side overlooks the charming square, which has a market on every Thursday and Sunday. Even on market days the lovely comfortable rooms (most have balconies) are incredibly quiet. The hotel is about 20 metres away from the boat which takes passengers across to St Tropez - it is so convenient. A perfect hotel for touring the Cote d'Azur and for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside and charming villages. The staff at the hotel gave us lots of great recommendations. All in all a first class experience! Thank for most sincerely for the team at Le Suffren for making our holiday so special.

Nous avons trouvé un hôtel propre et calme malgré les allées et venues de l'hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, répondant à nos demandes. Seul point faible pour nous, mais qui fait partie de la conception des chambres de 4 personnes, l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine est très raide et pour des enfants sa fait peur la chute. Je recommande cet hôtel et son personnel (même le petit enfant 😉) Bon courage à vous.

RRebecca TStayed at Le Byblos, our third stay it was a memorable experience, a truly wonderful hotel somewhere i consider my happy place. Excellent food, impeccably trained staff , beautiful surroundings. The concierge are knowledgeable and accommodating. The stylish rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer to luxuriate in the cool, clear water in the swimming pool.

PPengguna TetamuWe (family of four with two teenagers) are on day four of a six day stay at Villa Cosy. Based on TripAdvisor reviews and familiarity with the excellent location we had high expectations. They have been exceeded. We are staying in a very nice two bedroom/two story suite with outdoor seating areas on both floors. The rooms, including baths, are spacious, comfortable, updated, and clean. The design of the hotel insures a sense of tranquility despite the prime location on Route Bell Isnarde so close to town. We have never written a review of hotels but do so here because of the excellence of the staff. Starting with Charlotte, who promptly took care of a few special requests when we made our reservation and through to the terrific manager, Alex, who handles all requests with aplomb and good humor, they and all their team are among the most efficient and friendly staff we have ever experienced. They make it truly a five star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during our trip in Côte d’Azur. The location is just a few minutes walk from the old town and very convenient, and came with the benefits of on site parking and a pool. The general vibe was very relaxing, and the room was perfect with a charming view across a vineyard next door. The reception and pool staff were very helpful, especially when organising travel from Cannes. Would stay here gain when we revisit St Tropez.

The team are what makes this hotel a standout with an incredible attention to detail and friendly ease: you can feel at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay as easy, effortless and as personable as possible. The chef started dinner service early to accommodate for our jet lag, there was a fast shuttle into town and all resturant and beach reservations were handled expertly by the staff. Relax around the pool or spend time at the spa. Delicious breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
