Second visit to this hotel based on an outstanding experience last year. We were not disappointed. All personnel were friendly and helpful, particularly the plagist Thomas and the breakfast/lunch serving staff. Reception went out of their way to assist with any questions or requirements and the voituriers were always prompt and helpful. The family used the spa trea**ents more than once and the therapist provided an excellent service. The location of the hotel and access to the beach is one of the great advantages of this establishment, however, the complete package of quality and service makes it a wonderful holiday destination. Merci to all the team.

Had to redirect because of earthquake in Morocco. Booked Pinerallo suite last minute. From the moment of arrival the staff were most charming and helpful throughout. Particularly appreciated valet and electric car charging, all done for you. Pinerallo Suite has lovely view of bay with its own terrace for breakfast. The location and set up is so luxurious, one needs to do some of the many beach activities to get any exercise ! Le Rouf is excellent restaurant with great fresh fish. Highly recommend Pinerallo hotel. Ben Turner

Great beachfront hotel. Staff was very kind, helpful and professional. Everything is set for a very relaxing experience with high quality service. Dining on the beach is very charming. We had a wonderful stay.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I am a frequent traveller). Every member of the staff greeted you will a friendly and smiling face. Nothing was too much trouble. They obviously have been very well trained. The rooms were kept very clean and again the maids always greeted you with a smile. We mostly ate lunch on the hotel’s terrace and in the evening we very often ate at Le Rouf restaurant which again was owned by the hotel. The food was very good. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and we will certainly return again. We feel relaxed now after a wonderful stay.

Great service. Friendly, helpful and discrete staff. Clean and well maintained. Good organisation and relaxed a**osphere. Fantastic quiet sandy beach just in front of hotel. Sea views across the Pinarello bay are stunning. Alternative restaurant options nearby.

Hotel is not big , suites and spa located on same street opposite of main building, which we had was two floors ( downstair is one room with sofa and toilet upstair is bedroom and bathroom) and bed is quite small, bathroom with a bath and impossible to take a shower , water is leaking…the pool is really small and located on rooftop with pretty nice view. Breakfast is good, restaurant from hotel is very nice and good food… beach is nice but many boats standing in the middle of the marina. Little village and not so much to do around.

From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you feel total calm relaxation. The staff are all the best. The rooms are so clean and the whole hotel well maintained. The beach and bay is beyond beautiful. I didn’t bother to venture to the lovely rooftop pool because the sea is so lovely We had some really stormy weather that was quite exhilarating! There was sea**** but that’s nature and the staff worked hard to clear it. Breakfast is really good and nothing is too much trouble. We have had the best 14 days and are sad to leave..

Today is our last of 14 days at this hotel It’s actually quite hard to encapsulate in words the wonder of this place I first came to Pinarello in 2005 and saw this hotel being built and even then I could tell it was one to watch And here I am with my wife It’s a boutique hotel where everything is close to perfection but in an understated fuss-free way The staff are edible - they don’t cringe and fawn but have a great sense of humour and behave as though nothing is too much trouble - conveying the belief that they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay Food is stunning and the location on the white sands of the Pinarello bay unimpeachable If you want people to bow and scrape to you and ask how much froth you want on your been go somewhere else This is an object lesson in how to run a hotel If I was to make a small criticism it would be that most of the other guests did seem to come here after their trip to Dignitas but they were a harmless bunch and had no impact on our enjoyment Thank you Pinarello Hotel
