The first choice for star chasers, just opposite the Saitama Arena. I booked the wrong smoking room and there was no smell of smoke. The breakfast was not very delicious and the dining area was very crowded

Watching the ice show at Saitama Super Arena opposite. After the show, you can see it by walking across the overpass. The front desk directly checked in with the passport and got the room card. The single room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The TV displays the buffet breakfast information, WIFI password and other check-in information. The buffet breakfast on the second day has Saitama's special colorful rice. I am greedy for rice, so I finished two bowls in the morning 😂 It was a good stay experience. I will stay again next time I come to see the show.

I thought Toyoko was a safe and secure hotel, but this was the first time I've ever had a room with such a strong drain smell. It's a shame.

The staff were very polite when I contacted them in advance, and from the time I arrived until check-out on the day, even though they were busy, so I was able to stay with peace of mind even though I was worried. This is a hotel I would definitely like to use again next time.

The service from the front desk staff, who are the "face of the inn," is great! Although the variety at breakfast was limited, it was quickly replenished (no need to wait!) and they even provided miso, which was a great consideration. If there was a large public bath, it would be perfect for a hotel at this price alone...

I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately the variety of drinks was a bit small and there was no rice (there were rice balls). It is easily accessible from Saitama-Shintoshin Station and Omiya Station, and the location is easy to find. It's also good to be able to see the night view of the Super Arena clearly.
