We booked beachfront villa and it was during the hottest season in Thailand, when we got the room, the aircon was off, and the aircon is very tiny that it couldnt handle the heat. After 3 hours, it was still warm inside. And we went out for dinner and came back and the aircon was off! We checked, turns out the maid or the previous customer set the timer to turn off at 7pm! Hotel should reset the remote! And by the time we go to bed, it was still warm that we have to turn on the fan. Very disappointing as it’s quite expensive. The service wasnt great as well, not enough staff and the hotel is a long walk to car park. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and have to walk in the Island sun to the car as there was no buggy to be seen.

The room type 'Private Pool Villa' is so nice and has reasonable price. So convenient. Close to the another big public pool just at the corner of the room.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the Twin Lotus Resort.
The resort offers a range of amenities, including 24/7 room service, laundry service, and a professional for massage treatments.
The resort is situated in a beautiful green environment, with a beautiful beach and a well-equipped beach bar and restaurant that provides a romantic ambiance.
The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the staff is friendly, although there may be some limitations in English proficiency.
The breakfast buffet offers a generous selection of food options, but the menu remains the same each day without variation.

Great and fresh hotel, good location with a really tasty family restaurant just outside. Just 5min tricycle ride to the pier and hotel is just on the beach with 3 big pool. It’s. Perfect family getaway

Lovely hotel resort with stunning beach and sunset views from breakfast and the pool area which were both great. Had a premium room which was decent but strange to have balcony over the walkway surrounded by buildings in such an area of beauty. Loads of places to eat and drink around the area. Bar and restaurant was quite expensive even for hotel prices though and happy hour doesn't have good offers - buy three beers for price of two and two cocktails for 300bht?? Most places were two for 150bht and half price beers but it's luxury resort so what do you expect

We really liked this place, it is very clean, with a beautiful surrounding, staff was very nice.
The swimming pool was very nice besides the shore but we needed to be careful of the round wall under the water. The room was quite far but then it gives opportunity to do some exercise. Overall i really recommend the place.

This is a beautiful beach resort, we stayed in a deluxe villa which was perfect for a relaxing stay. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of choices.
