Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi muat komputer riba dan meja.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bay resort.The receptionist (Tinka/Tikka?,sorry not sure of her name) was very efficient and friendly in escorting us to the unit and explaining everything to us.The rooms and surrounding areas were very clean and well maintained.We stayed close to the swimming pool which was kept clean despite not being used due to adverse weather conditions. The parking area was also convenience being right outside the accomodation although not being allocated for the specific unit as it is a public parking area.The staff were courteous and always greeted us wherever we went..A special shout out goes to Avrone at the restaurant who was very efficient,friendly and helpful at all times.She is an asset to the company and she could teach her colleagues a thing or two,well done Avrone!! The one thing that could be improved upon at the restaurant is that the wait staff should ensure when guests arrive for meals are whether their meals are included or excluded in the room rates as we had daily mixups when it came to settling our bill for our meals.The other negative is that the showers in the bathrooms could do with an upgrade as they are handheld and slot into a fixed pole on the wall.It would be better if regular showers could be fitted instead to avoid water splashing everywhere.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.Recommended for a peaceful getaway.

1. We checked in on Friday I think just before 18h00. The gate did not have a security to give us direction, we had to find our way and the was no parking. I was told to park outside and wait for the function to finish so that I can bring in my car when the parking is available. Apparently the parking was taken by customers who were attending a function. I was tired from driving almost 4 hours and wanted to rest and sleep early but I could not because my car was outside of the premises . I had to get my car into the premises just after 22h00. You must reserve parking for your sleep over guest and those attending the function must park their cars outside where I was directed to park my car. And I am pretty sure that the people who book your hotel for function are people from around the area and they are familiar with the area. I was not comfortable to leave my car in that open space of the shopping centre especially that the was NO security at all. 2. Room 25 that was allocated to me did not have a telephone. Each time I needed something I had to go to the reception because I can't phone and this was inconveniencing. I expected your hotel to have a telephone like the other hotels do. 3. Our room did not have a microwave to warm up our food, again I had to go down stairs to warm up my food. 4. We were told that the breakfast is from 09h00 – 10h00, we went to the kitchen around 08h30. I wanted more food but the was no food at 09h20 and we were told that the kitchen was closed. Same story on Sunday morning, breakfast was finished around the same time, the was NO fod. 5. On Saturday we ordered room service dinner and I was shocked to see that our food was not covered when it was delivered. I didn’t want to be difficult. 6.
