From the moment we set foot in this beautiful hotel It was an unforgettable experience . The friendliest and helpful staff imaginable, a fantástic breakfast in sumptious surroundings. Great location literally over the road from the Kasbah at the heart of the Medina. Beach nearby and the tranquility of the Andalucían Gardens a couple of minutes away. After travelling around the beautiful country of Morocco this was the best hotel we stayed in the best city. If you want a mixture of what Morocco has to offer come to Rabat /Sale . From the bustle of both Medinas to the peaceful escape of the Botanical Gardens its all there. I enjoyed my stay at the Oudais so much i went back for another stay during my time down the coast. So sad to leave but i know i will go back to stay in a hotel that is 5 star in all but name. A huge Shukran to all the staff.

This was our first Riad in Morocco and it was our favorite! The Riad is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and our room was a relaxing escape after our tours during the hot July days. The room had its own router, so WiFi service was excellent and the room also had A/C which was needed in July. Being in the medina, it was surprisingly quiet, but yet still close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay in a Riad in Rabat. It is near the edge of the medina, so you have easy access inside and outside the medina.

Hôtel remarquable. Bien situé avec du personnel attentif et prévenant. Belle chambre. Nous avons eu une place de parking devant l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent sous forme de buffet. We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. My only minor critique would be the lack of a vanity in the bathroom, which made it slightly inconvenient for organizing personal items. The wifi worked great. The common areas were stylishly appointed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the hotel's location was a bit distant from the main attractions, requiring at least a 30-minute walk to reach many points of interest. Despite this, the serene ambiance and top-notch service at Gardenia Boutique Hôtel made it a standout choice for those seeking comfort and hospitality

Bewachter Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zentral gelegen. Ein herzliches Danke an die Gastgeber vielleicht kommen wir bald wieder.

SSam1984Very old hotel with very old furniture, as location there is only the view on river which is nice but the rest it’s completely disappointing.
Staff not that much profesional afterwards the price it’s extremely huge compared to what they are providing.
This hotel it’s not deserving 4stars and I will not recommend you to go to their restaurant ( loubnane) specially during the weekend as obliging clients to pay buy menu 350mad by person then to take a drink such bottles ( it means it’s a kind of variety foods on tables no more for starters then only one small plate to share on the table for all persons sharing the same table).
I will add that the foods for breakfast not that much big variety.
I will recommend the hotels like Sofitel, Amphetrite (in shkirat city) or hassan tour hotel rabat ) with same price of this hotel.
You will find the general manager all time in lobby, or one pool neither the restaurant smoking all time but more observing clients instead of observing the staff to improve their skills.
Then the last point , please be careful to the pictures of rooms and the title, because I was paying 300€ for a room with very poor quality of bed, bathroom then carpet in floor without talking about noise in street afterwards then bad smell of canalization.
If you want a very good room which is premium with high quality it will need to add a cost of 120€ (as I did), means 2 nights costs in this hotel 420€.
Have a look on the room with the view what I attached. Only the rooms in second floor with view on the pool whom a bit more interesting in this hotel but too expensive.
