Hotel berhampiran Chiesa Santi Pietro e Paolo, Sale Marasino

Soggiornato nella Royal suite Morgana. Molto bella e scelta in particolare per la Jacuzzi al centro della stanza. A causa di un evidente problema, dal pavimento dove poggiava la vasca idromassaggio ha iniziato ad uscire acqua. C’è nè siamo accorti per puro caso, ma ormai tardi la stanza era piena d’acqua. Abbiamo chiamato il personale che non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema; ha impiegato del tempo ad arrivare e nel frattempo dato che l’acqua stava andando ovunque abbiamo asciugato la stanza con asciugamani lenzuola e tutto ciò che avevamo a disposizione. Non abbiamo potuto usare la Jacuzzi, non c’è stata cambiata la stanza, il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema. Abbiamo spento da soli la vasca e l’abbiamo svuotata. L’acqua ha continuato ad uscire per un po’ fino a che probabilmente le tubature sotto il pavimento si sono svuotate del tutto. Può succede che ci sia una perdita o un problema, ma non è così che si risolve; visto anche il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno. Il giorno seguente l’unica cosa che c’è stata detta è che avrebbero informato la direttrice dell’accaduto. Quindi non un tecnico a disposizione, non un membro del personale in grado di gestire la situazione, ma stiamo scherzando ? L’unica cosa che sono stati in grado di fare è stato di fornirci la biancheria pulita, per fortuna.

I was sorely disappointed with this property. I totally agree with a recent review: the rooms at this new property are entirely TOO HOT and UNCOMFORTABLE. Even when booking the hotel, I was met with complications, regulations and stupidity. On a prepaid reservation via Hilton Honors, one of my primary credit cards had been recently changed/deactivated and I tried valiantly to get the problem rectified, only to have the hotel email a form attached that required a written authorisation, plus identification to be scanned/faxed back to the hotel. I didn’t have access to a scanner/fax on the road. After several calls via Hilton Honors desk to the property, sanity prevailed and was able to verbally give the proper active credit card over the phone to the hotel. Upon arrival, the room was like an oven at 28c (82F). I opened the windows (they only open up about 8cm (3in) in the hope that things might cool down after I had gone out sightseeing in Brescia for a few hours. By evening, it had only “cooled” to 25c (77F) – and this was at 9:00PM. I rang the front desk to see if something could be done. I took matters into my own hands, going directly to reception, requesting a room that was not on the sunny side. I was told nothing was available on the opposite side. Mind you, this hotel with over 135 rooms was far from busy and all they would say is that regulations prohibit air-conditioning being turned on this time of year [April] however, the hallways of the hotel were cooler than the room itself (all reception would say is that the halls are ”inside”, and thus cooler). And like a clueless robot, reception repeated, “open the window, open the window” (the ones that only open a few cms/inches) The new room was a “cooler” 24c (75F). Needless to say, I didn’t have a restful night in my sauna of a room – with windows open, and the noise of outside street traffic & pedestrians. I managed to squeeze in a few hours sleep due to pure exhaustion, waking up tired & irritable. The buffet breakfast was small & cramped, the food palatable from the small choices available. Oh yeah, one minor thing I've noted: in both rooms, there were heavy metal tissue holders in the bathroom, but no tissues - either the hotel is poorly managed, or they are too cheap to provide tissues (Kleenex). This is my first (and last) trip to the Brescia Doubletree - what a bunch of dopes!

At check in I asked about scheduling a massage for the following morning. Was told they no longer offer them. I asked about the pool & jacuzzi -was told they are 20 euro-somehow I missed this in hotel info…. But! It’s 10 euro because the Turkish bath is broken🙄. At 10Am I head to the reception desk in suit/cover (no robes)to ask where jacuzzi is? I’m told it must be reserved!? And its avail at noon (check-in gal said it was open at 9🤔). Not booked but they have to prepare it…ie turn on the heat? I’m very disappointed. What poor hotel practice to advertise massages and pools and jacuzzis and then they are basically unavailable. Finally no coffee in the room -bought a tablespoon of coffee for 2 euro only to drop it trying to fumble w/ the keycard which although my fault, further made this whole morning a disappointment. We are here 2 more nights & if our friends in Brescia hadn’t suggested this hotel- I would change. Finally beds are very hard.

Entrati in camera e sistemata la roba, abbiamo cercato il telecomando per la Tv e non c’era; chiesto alla reception, ci hanno cambiato la stanza: risistemata tutta la roba, qui la Tv funzionava, ma solo coi pulsanti sul fianco del video, sempre telecomando non funzionante, benché qui presente (cambiato pile, ma nulla). Rientrati dopo cena in stanza, abbiamo sentito tutto il discorso dei vicini di stanza, che non gridavano assolutamente, ma parlavano con un tono normalissimo; per fortuna dovevano esser stanchi più o meno come noi, perché dopo un po’ non si son più sentiti. Abbiamo dormito su delle MOLLE A FORMA DI MATERASSO. I cuscini per il letto del bambino sono stati ricavati da quelli del divanetto, adattato a lettuccio, con la loro federa da divano e messi direttamente dentro ad una bianca per un cuscino classico. Al mattino doccia: bagno allagato, da cui abbiamo capito perché la porta (appunto del bagno) non chiudesse bene, dal momento che in basso era tutta gonfiata (in volte precedenti; noi abbiamo evitato che l’acqua giungesse fin lì) . Colazione: se non sei per l’europea, non sei obbligato a friggere delle uova e abbandonarle in un vassoio da insalata russa, non riscaldato. Ma 4 stelle chi gliele ha date?

Quite a grand entrance that continues up into the room which was booked as a small single but was still presented in a rather grand manner. The staff were the real highlight though. All at reception were helpful and friendly- and knowledgeable when asked. Couldn’t ask for better.

Saya menganggap struktur ini berkualiti dan disimpan dengan baik, tambahan pula perabotnya tidak luput dan adalah hotel yang berkualiti, b Sarapan pagi juga baik dan secara peribadi saya lebih suka 2 mesin berteknologi yang diletakkan secara strategik di kedua-dua belah bilik sarapan, untuk mengelakkan daripada mengganggu pelayan atau lebih tepatnya pelayan, setiap kali untuk cappucino Untuk 50 euro sehari, anda tidak boleh mengharapkan mereka menghidangkan sarapan pagi di meja, apa pendapat anda? Inilah sebabnya mengapa terdapat hotel bermula dari 180 euro setiap hari Apa yang saya tidak faham ialah mengapa dengan meminta sesuatu di bar selepas waktu bekerja, mereka percaya bahawa anda mahu memakannya secara percuma, sedangkan pada hakikatnya anda mahu membayar seperti biasa seperti yang anda bayar di mana-mana bar, hanya itu dalam keadaan yang sangat panas. /Panas Afrika, anda lebih suka makan di hotel (bukan percuma), Namun secara amnya mereka profesional Bagi pekerja, saya percaya bahawa orang tidak boleh diambil bekerja berdasarkan perbezaan jantina, kerana profesionalisme seseorang tidak dinilai berdasarkan jantina dan perbezaan jantina bukanlah sesuatu yang saya setujui.
