"I would rate this hotel best boutique hotel in Goa at the price range it offers , to be honest Goa overall has lost its appeal of being a welcoming destination however this was only place where we felt welcomed and experienced genuine customer service any concerns we had were promptly dealt with solutions provided ,Overall rooms we’re beautifully decorated and best aspect of the stay was breakfast hands down one of best dosas I ever had and special mention to Dev at the breakfast counter . If you are coming to Goa do yourself a favour and book this place only few places left in Goa where you will fell welcomed as a tourist! Only recommendation I have is to add at least one bright light in the bedroom or bathroom"

"We came here is less expectations but staff at Meritas made sure to change our mindset about the great hospitality they have provided, especially Mirza, husain and alam. Always on time to ensure nothing goes for a miss. I would love to come back to this property when I visit goa again. Highly recommended and one think that I would like to highlight is the ambience of the rooms and cleanliness. One must come here to experience calmness and beautiful views from the room's balcony."
