The hotel was very clean, customer service excellent. Breakfast was okay stood there for 15 mins waiting for someone to help me cook a omlete . Two other people waiting as well . If you had eggs on hand and bacon on hand it would be more accomadating to eat and get on with the day. Otherwise hotel , outdoor pool , service , was amazing. I would go back.

It’s a brand new hotel. So convenient located close to the delta center. Staff super friendly and room is super spacious and clean.

The staff were very kind, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to choose from. A very clean and comfortable room. I stayed in a room on the 6th floor and had a spectacular view of the mountain and a view of the downtown area.

Nice and clean. Quiet. It's awkward to find and to locate where you can actually park without risk of being ticketed or towed.

We only stayed one night but it was wonderful. Check in was super easy and the staff were very helpful. Once up the rooms they are very clean modern rooms. Very quite and nice stay. Breakfast was very healthy and good as well.

We had an amazing time at the Element hotel. Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was of how close it was to the Delta Center. It is a 2-5 minute walk depending on which entrance you use. The hotel was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the gym, the contential breakfast, and the rooftop pool. I would highly recommend, and would book again next time I'm in Salt Lake.

we live in the area about once a month we go and stay downtown nicevnew hotel checkout was 11 we started getting knocks on our door at 945 the upstairs bar was terrible service was a joke food was below average we left and went to a bar across the street

The breakfast was outstanding- with a Chef cooking your orders. Fresh berries and all the rest. The bed was so comfortable and the covers were warm and plentiful. I felt very safe in the hotel and appreciated the extra safety precautions in place. Plentiful, safe parking with access to the hotel floor we needed. We were shocked when we came back to our room later in the day to find our bed freshly made, garbages emptied and clean towels in the bathroom! We haven't had daily housekeeping in other hotels since before the pandemic. It was GREAT!! The ONLY thing I wish I could have changed was to have an off switch for the kitchenette light, which was bright and glaring. You either had all the lights on or none. No bedside lights, no corner reading light, no under counter lights....the only independently working light was the desk lamp which was intrusive if you were trying to watch TV. So we used the flashlights on our phones to get a drink of water or grab something from the fridge, Inconvenient but minor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
