Let me say a few things: 1, the parking lot is large, free parking; 2, next to the university, the surrounding security is very good, go out at 8 o'clock in the evening and walk quietly, even the dogs have not seen. Can also see the snowy mountains, the scenery is good; 3, the room is not equipped with a hot water bottle, call and the person looking for the front desk toss a circle finally got one; Then come to the spit: 1. One day, when I went out, I put my underwear on the sink and forgot it. I came back and found it was thrown by the waiter on the floor of the bathroom. I was very embarrassed and then threw it directly; 2, breakfast is very poor, which is equivalent to the level of domestic express hotels; 3, many people staying in the hotel bring dogs, there are people with two, it is recommended that friends who do not mind choose this one. 4, the wood has a bathtub, the bathroom is very small.

This one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

The hotel is located in the center of Salt Lake City, with convenient transportation. The main buildings and shopping centers can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The city is sparsely populated and quiet. The hotel is clean and tidy with a quiet environment.
The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

The only problems I had were the comforter and the bathroom sink. The comforter had rolled up little stuffing in each square. It was strange and they probably should replace the comforters. The bathroom sink took over an hour to drain. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would rate the front desk staff a 5 out of 5. Very friendly.

The room is medium in size, clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not good. There may be people gathering in the outside room. I have a drink. I can hear it clearly when I open the door and close the door. It is a bit noisy and it is still more than one o'clock in the morning. The floor height of the room is too low, I always feel a bit depressed, the hotel has breakfast, I can eat enough. But the location of the hotel is OK, walk to the Temple Square, listen to the Mormon Church chorus is quite shocking

Everyone was satisfied with the hotel, which was modern, new and business-like. There was no shower curtain, and it felt like we were finally not in the village. The most important thing was that there was free breakfast, which was the only one in this trip that included breakfast!

GGuest UserIf you drive to Yellowstone Park in the western United States, you need to stay near the Great Salt Lake in Salt Lake City. Hilton Hotel is very cost-effective and is a very satisfactory hotel. The hotel parking is very convenient and it is suitable for self-driving travel. The overall feeling is quiet, the room is clean and the bedding is comfortable.
WWilliam QuThe hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be ordered on the first floor by yourself, and an extra cup of coffee costs more than 20 dollars. The hotel doesn't even have a bus to the airport, saying that it only picks up employees. I see that other hotels have drop-offs. In addition, remember not to book a room near the vending and ice machine, it will be buzzing at night, which will affect your rest
BByung HeeReal good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.
GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

GGuest UserI won't stay here again. The person working the desk didn't seem to understand or listen to the answer to his questions, kept asking the same questions repeatedly; two servings of coffee in the room, one regular , one decaf. Room cleanliness: someone else's hair on bathroom floor. Difficult and expensive to leave truck in parking lot for the week we were gone, even though we were staying there on our return trip. Just frustrating overall experience.
MMINGVery close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off machine, the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, although not big, but you can relax, breakfast is a bit simple, overall good
EEd SeveranceThis was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.
玉玉女手筆This hotel is located at the Salt Lake City Airport in the United States, and it is also the place where we boarded the bus for the local tour group. I found this classic European-style suite on trip.com, and the price was not too expensive, more than 210 US dollars after tax. My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! My friends were very interested in the suite I stayed in and asked me which hotel it was from. The hotel’s service and facilities are good!
GGuest UserGot to hand it to Rocky, he actually knows what customer service is all about. If he isn't all ready he should be manager. Helped me our even when all booked up! Switched rooms without a hassle.
The hotel itself is just like any other motel 6. I give 2 stars on amenities no shampoo furnished and coffee doesnt happen like the one in woods cross and a few other things that other motels furnish, location downtown not the worst but not the greatest convenient to trax. Overall 3 stars (4 if you get Rocky checking you in)
