Historic, fun & quirky property. Odd room layout, but understanable bc its an old property. Not the best bathroom. Pedestal sink with no surface storage area. Old, original bathtub & tile which made it really cramped- but it's old & historic, so, again, understandable. Accommodating staff. Rooms a little worn but - it's a historic property. Nice restaurants attached if not slow w service.

We’re only a couple days into our stay and I’m frustrated and disappointed. The frustration started with the check in process. We arrived early and knew a room may not be available. We were told we would receive a text message as soon as one was cleaned and ready. We sat in the lobby adjacent, just 20 feet away from the desk waiting. We observe several people leaving the counter with room keys in hand. Some friends of ours checked in while we were sitting in the lobby and were given a room with a $25 early check in fee. That was never offered to us. I approached the desk to inquire why we hadn’t received a text message if a room became available and why people arriving after us were given rooms. No good answer BUT good news they have a room. I inquire about the microwave I had reserved weeks prior. Oh those are all spoken for sorry. Get to our room, it only has 1 bed I called down to the desk and was asked if I had touched anything in the room upon entering. I was asked to return to the front desk to get my new room keys. Upon entering our room we notice it’s rather warm. Fiddle with the thermostat unit which is set to 65 and there’s no difference in the fan speed between high medium and low. Next day call the front desk to request AC service and fresh towels. Nothing. Called again. Nothing. Next morning, called again and received towels. Supposedly the air was fixed while we were out for the day, but nothing has changed in regards to comfort. The pillows are terrible and the beds are on the soft side. The hotel is ready for some upgrades as the carpet is worn and dirty throughout the hallways. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, oh and one housekeeper was able to find me a microwave that the front desk staff insisted was not available. Hmmm

BED BUGS - BEWARE! We stayed two nights in early September 2023. The first morning when we woke up we discovered multiple bed bugs in our room. My wife took one bed bug on a piece of paper to the front desk. The desk clerk on duty stated, ”I don't think that is a bed bug.” My wife then showed him an internet picture of bed bugs and it was an EXACT MATCH. The clerk stated, ”I really don't think that is a bed bug.” Again, it was an exact match. My wife told him we could not stay in a room with bed bugs in it and asked for a new room. He gave her a new room key and we moved into it for our second and final night. We were charged in full for both nights, including the night we were in a room with bed bugs. I have no doubt based on the clerk's response that he did not notify anyone in management about the situation and the room was not professionally cleaned to address the bed bugs before being assigned to another quest. After our visit, I emailed the hotel manager and asked what was done to address the bed bug situation. I received a response email that did not address the bed bugs and what if anything was done, no offer of a refund (I did not ask for one) but extended me 10,000 Bonvoy points (which I have not received). The proper response by hotel management for a customer having bed bugs in their hotel room is to move the customer to a new room, comp their stay, and most importantly, immediately have the bed bug infected room professionally cleaned. The bed bugs were bad enough. The lack of response by the hotel staff was negligent. Will this review post get the canned apology response from the hotel, or that they do not ”think” it was bed bugs, or a lie that the room has now been professionally cleaned? Stay at your own risk!

環境不錯，老房子，老院子，很有些年代感了。位於市區中心，邊上有麥當勞，加油站，小超市，酒店裡有星巴克，還有一個小紀念品商店。早餐美式，品種就這幾樣，口味不錯，沒啥特色。酒店大堂提供的自製小餅口味不錯，一擺出來很快就沒有了。房間不算大，整潔乾淨，送瓶裝水，但淋浴設施還是一般，床一如既往的“軟”，個人不太適應，但美國酒店幾乎都這樣。這幾天氣温稍低，酒店大堂還生着火爐，有點氣氛。酒店前台服務都不錯，酒店價格比較合適，感覺性價比高。推薦！

鹽湖城比較高端的酒店了。位於市中心，周圍有一些比較好的餐館，如牛排館，日本料理，等。此外，周圍銀行，超市都有，方便。酒店前台服務很好，我們預存了行李。酒店房間乾淨整潔顯得有一定檔次。但床還是太軟，睡不慣。淋浴水籠頭是固定在牆上的，使用不方便，美國酒店都是這樣的。沒有預訂早餐，但估計美式早餐都差不多！

I recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

Great location affordable price :) lyft only 10 dollars to delta center so ultimately great experience

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

Hotel ini betul-betul di pusat bandar tetapi sangat tenang. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira lima minit untuk sampai ke hotel dari lebuh raya. Hotel ini mewah dan tamannya cantik. Kami juga makan malam di dalam bilik dan makanannya cukup enak. Iaitu, bilik yang ditempah oleh Ctrip selalunya berada di tingkat rendah dan pada platform peralatan, tingkap tidak boleh dibuka.
