9tgh floor , low water pressure, the counter was sticky , not clean. Towels' need to update. One elevator for 4 days, services for 9 floors.

Well-located hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is excellent!

Whenever my parents go to SSA they stay in the same hotel, for peace of mind. Hugs

The hotel looks good, has a good location, good bath linens and an excellent breakfast, which I would say is the highlight of the stay. But it is the details of the room that leave something to be desired: the shower is weak (or bad), the king-size bed is a poorly made and uncomfortable combination of two single beds, the desk chair is very, very bad, making me feel totally uncomfortable and full of pain, the bed linens had tears, the pillows were also basic and uncomfortable... anyway, considering the standard of the hotel, I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back, but I expected much more and would look for another option.

Wonderful hotel, clean, cozy, large room, super well located! And the entire staff was very attentive and friendly.

Everything was great except the bed was not very suitable. Spring mattress already worn out. I suggest informing if there is an orthopedic mattress for those with back problems. Other than that, everything was fine.

Hotel recomendable en Salvador. Buen desayuno e instalaciones. Personal amable. Como anécdota, el room service un poco caótico. Tuvieron que hacer varias vueltas porque no trajeron todo. Subieron el café y se les olvidaron las tazas... y dos cucarachas en la habitación que no sabemos de dónde llegaron. Nada importante como para no recomendarlo.
