Hotel berhampiran Gedenk- und Dokumentationsstatte KZ Drutte, Salzgitter

Wir haben bereits am Tag des 06. Juli 2020 durch die offizielle Webseite ein Hotelzimmer der obigen Filiale für eine Nacht reserviert und kamen am 09. Juli 2020 um circa 9:30 dort an, um uns einzuchecken und wenigstens unser Gepäck abzugeben und uns über die Stadt zu informieren. Die Rezeptionistin teilte uns allerdings mit, dass sie uns weder einchecken noch unser Gepäck annehmen, gar die Toilette vor der Rezeption verwenden lassen kann. Laut ihrer Aussage müssten wir verstehen, dass all dies auf die begrenzten Öffnungszeiten zurückzuführen sei, welche allerdings auf der Webseite und der Buchungsbestätigung des obigen Hotels nirgendwo zu finden waren. Sie bestätigte diese fehlenden Informationen (Stand an demselben Tag um 10:00). Wir waren deshalb vergeblich vom Hauptbahnhof Braunschweigs zum Hotel unterwegs und mussten dadurch unnötig Zeit und Fahrkosten verlieren. Die genannte Rezeptionistin meinte außerdem, dass wir das Zimmer lediglich reserviert, aber noch nicht die Gebühr bezahlt haben und die Reservierung erst ab 14 Uhr gilt. Daher wären wir noch keine Hotelgäste und hätten offiziell keine Erlaubnis, uns im Eingangsbereich aufzuhalten und ein Check-In wäre zudem auch erst um 14 Uhr möglich. Wir bekamen also weder eine Stadtkarte – bis wir sie hiernach gefragt haben – gar weitere, alternative Informationen zu unserer äußerst ratlosen Situation und Auskünfte, wo sich authentische Lokale der Stadt befinden. Wir verstehen, dass sich durch die Corona-Pandemie einige Änderungen im Hotelablauf ergeben; jedoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, als Gast im B&B Hotel mehr Verständnis, Entgegenkommen und Gastfreundlichkeit auf unserer Reise zu erfahren, wie wir es beispielsweise bereits aus einer anderen B&B Filiale in Göttingen kannten.

Very good hotel, situated in apark near the city centre, perfectly clean, good breakfast and new rooms. There is also a gym but it is more for people who need cardio training only. For exercises there is only one multifunctional machine and some smaller weights which is rather not perfect.

Sadly having a negative review about an Accor hotel after a very long time.. So here goes - first look at the hotel, completely impressed. Great structure, beautiful green surroundings, just amazing - check in: Saturday 7th August. The lady at the counter seemed genuinely upset that we had decided to disturb her by checking in. Having a bad day perhaps ? Sorry but you chose to work in the service industry. - At 14:15 i was told that I have to pay more since check in time is 15:00. Unfortunately I had to throw out the 'I am a Gold member' card. Does it need to come to this ? Shouldnt the system be checked first before asking a client to pay ? While I know this is Germany / Europe etc. and service is not considered important, I would make it clear I was not expecting a red carpet or trumpets. A simple smile and welcome to the hotel would have been enough. -No welcome drink voucher offered. I did not even bother asking for one. In the rest of the world the Gold card (or membership) is acknowledged with a thank you or a welcome back etc. Again not life changing at all. But isnt that the reason one stays in a chain hotel instead of family BnB's or Airbnb etc. so that one can expect uniformity irrespective of the location? Something for Accor to ponder about. Room - There is no AC. Just FYI. No complains because I had just assumed there will be one and not checked in advance - Booked a double bed which ended up being with 2 seperate single matresses. So if you are there with your partner and hoping to even hug in bed, one of you will slip in between the matresses. Bizarre ! Location - great with respect to the train station and all other sigh seeing venues - negative because it is close to a (what seems major) intersections and open windows and emergency vehicles can make life tough. Lastly.. There was no espresso machine in the room and if I remember correctly no bathrobe either. While the corona excuse might be valid, I believe anyone willingly chosing to stay in a hotel will not suddenly get worried because of an espresso machine in the room. Please do not advertise it anymore or state it clearly that is to save money. The biggest positive - Free parking Quote EXECUTIVE - 1DB BED 2 Adults , 0 Child Even more space for added comfort. Our Executive Rooms offer plenty of space along with various extras, such as a free minibar, free premium WIFI, free room service, Nespresso machine in the room, bathrobe and free parking. Unquote

Je donne à cette chaine d'hôtel la note la plus basse ! Pourquoi ? Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel Agoda ”Centro Hotel Celler Tor” de Braunschweig en Allemagne le 7 mars à 23 h exténués. A la frontière Yagodin (Ukraine / Pologne) avec ma femme et mon gendre dans 2 voitures nous venions d'embarqué ma famille ukrainienne fuyant la guerre en Ukraine (la Babouchka de 80 ans, un bébé de 3 mois, 2 jeunes enfants et 3 mamans). Le réceptionniste nous a accueilli avec le sourire de circonstance, nous a proposé 3 chambres 3 places pour 256€. Pour le même choix sur le site internet de l'hôtel le tarif était de 216€. Le réceptionniste nous a donc conseillé de réservé en ligne. Chose faîte avec paiement en ligne. Tout était ok. C'est juste au moment de nous donner les clefs des chambres qu'il nous demande un certificat de vaccination. Je lui explique que les français ont un pass vaccinal sur leur téléphone, mais que dans la précipitation du départ ma famille ukrainienne ne sera pas en mesure de le présenter. Ce monsieur, apparemment peu informé de la situation dramatique en Ukraine, n'a fait que respecter le réglement de la chaîne allemande d'hôtel, il nous a catégoriquement expliqué de partir. Aucun humaniste de sa part, un bébé de 3 mois et une mamie de 80 ans l'ont laissé complétement imperturbable. Après beaucoup d'insistance, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue, puis sur une aire d'autoroute pour ”dormir” à 10 dans 2 voitures. Peut-être s'agit-il d'un cas isolé... cependant, en pleine crise ukrainienne, l'épuisement en plus, cet évènement a eu un goût très très amer. J'ai posté un avis identique sur le site internet de cette chaîne d'hôtel... avis qui ne paraîtra pas... et depuis il m'est impossible de poster sur ce site. Une nuit dans la voiture pour une Babouchka, un bébé de 3 mois, 1 enfant de 2,5 ans et une autre de 6 ans, par une température de -1°, pour 216€, aucun remboursement possible !... c'est l'hospitalité de Agoda.... à Braunschweig en allemagne ! Fuyez !!!!!

Phänomenaler Kundensevice! Wir sind in Goslar unerwartet um 2:00 Uhr nachts gestrandet. Der Nachtportier war so super nett, das ist schon außergewöhnlich. Und es ging genauso am Tag weiter. Wir sind vom Service und der Kundenfreundlichkeit extrem begeistert. Das Hotel selbst liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wir haben super geschlafen. Sollte es uns wieder nach Goslar verschlagen - ob geplant oder unerwartet - besuchen wir jederzeit gerne wieder den Niedersächsischen Hof.

Can't find anything to complain about with this place. Perfectly situated, parking against a ”normal fee”, amazing rooms which in reality is more an appar**ent without kitchen. Every room is in two levels. A room downstairs with tv, sofa, working desk and such while the bedroom is one stair up along with the seperated toilet and shower/hygien area (and also a second TV). When I booked, the booking said that there is no breakfast included, but when I arrived I was informaed that there was a simpler breakfast included after all. It was served in the common room where a tray for each room was arranged in the morning, some cheese, ham, jam, nutella and bread. Coffee and tea was also available. A just good enough breakfast to get the day starting. Loved the place and would stay again.

Tolles Hotel, alles prima! Wir kommen wieder. Leckeres Frühstück, alle sehr freundlich.
