Hilton Garden Inn is very good. There is a young man at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and speaks very good Chinese. He not only helped us with our luggage but also accompanied us to wait for the bus and introduced us to the hotel. He is very nice. The hotel environment is elegant. There is an electricity card in the room. The room is very large and new, with a slight decoration smell. The hotel is located in the ”Silk Road” complex. There is an artificial river and a large green space in front of the gate. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and professional. They helped us book a taxi to the airport at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very fresh and rich, and the Western dinner dishes were good in style and taste.

There was a misunderstanding with my previous booking for another property in the same wellness complex near Samarkand, but when I got to the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Sogt instead, I felt in good hands from the first minute - and all there was perfect, at least for my understanding. Cozy, warm, quiet and simply, but stylishly furnished rooms, amazing bed and bathroom, huge TV (which I didn't use for a second, but it's nice to know you have one), and all this - in a very peaceful, quiet and beautiful surrounding. Probably the best hotel service you can get in Samarkand, is in that area. Airport is 20 minutes away, similar is the time to the downtown and historic area of Samarkand. Yandex taxis are available day and night, and their rates are something you can't even dream of in the Western world.

The correspondence between the men at the front desk and the young women was smiling, and it was easy to consult about problems. The interior of the hotel was very nice. Located 20 〜 30 minutes walk from Registan Square and Shahzinda, there was no inconvenience in moving because you can call a taxi conveniently by yangdex go. I would like to use it next time.

Very beautiful hotel, except for the first day of check-in, the staff said that the part I had not paid was not two nights the price of one night. I don’t know if the employee’s business is not familiar or deliberately asks for a little more money, because Uzbekistan hotels generally have this problem. Always ask me for a money I shouldn't have paid. At the end of the check-out, the two staff members were very unfamiliar with the business, which took a lot of time, and they didn't use the printer and didn't speak English at all. Hotel ~ there is a night shift front desk brother English is OK, business is more skilled. But the staff are very good, the service is very warm, the three of us stayed in two rooms, at the beginning, we wanted to give us one room. It is the best hotel I have stayed in Uzbek! It feels like a rural hotel in a quiet place. Late at night, the hotel door is locked until dawn, which seems to be perfect for older travelers who care about security. The room is relatively small, but there are fluorescent lights to work quietly. You can have a light buffet meal in the morning, but I don't like greasy ones, so I ate fried eggs, a sausage, yogurt, tangerine (high sugar), and a piece of bread. I ordered black coffee for free and drank it. The hotel staff are friendly, but they don't speak English well. I checked out to get out of the 6 o'clock high-speed train to Tashkent, but I was surprised to ask for a $8 tourist tax for two days, four dollars a day. I thought it would be late for the car, so I gave it first and then got on the train, and I thought I was ripped off by the tour guide, so I went there and asked him to pay for it. Looking at the kakaotalk sent by the tour guide later, it seems that you really get a tourist tax in Samarkand. It would be nice to know that those staying in Samarkand have to pay an extra $4 a day.

About 20 minutes by taxi from the city center. From the room, you can see a beautiful artificial pond, mountains, and a mosque. The outdoor pool is closed, but the indoor pool has a jacuzzi. If you turn your back on the hotel and walk along the pond for 25 minutes, you will come to a beer bar in a nearby hotel, which is also recommended.
