Ulasan East Star Hotel

Beautiful and elegant hotel. But it could be quite noisy from the hallway, lift lobby etc. My room (family room) is clean and spacious, but received quite some noise from the guests in those common areas.

I strongly recommend not to select this hotel. The decoration is good, the room is very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast is a little simple. However, the mostly impressed is, it looked not like a hotel, it turned out to be a party center. I stayed for three nights, for the first night, there was a party made the whole hotel very noisy. I complained but nothing changed, the party finished at about 11:30PM. The second night was quite, while a party came again the third night, this time, it finished until about 1:00AM.

入ってすぐ、フロントがめっちゃいい匂い！ 高級感のあるソファーが並んでいてこれは当たりのホテルだなと確信しました。 建物がキレイなことはもちろん、部屋や最上階のレストランも清潔感にあふれています。 朝食はレストランでビュッフェ形式です。 キレイなレストランで朝ごはんが食べられてこの価格なのは驚きでした。

這是我到烏茲住得最舒服的酒店了，在撒馬爾罕這個地方，我還是很滿意的。酒店環境很好，房間面積我一個人住也可以，因為這邊的酒店面積都不是特別大，所以相比之下就還可以，沒辦法和國內比，酒店服務人員都很熱情，不能提前入住，要下午兩點，前台小哥讓我寄存行李出去玩，一點左右再回來辦手續，承諾給我留最好的房間，嗯，回來房間帶小露台，哈哈哈。我在哈薩克烏茲玩了一圈。衹有在這裏早餐喝上了拉花的咖啡，哈哈哈。如果酒店門口能把中國國旗也懸掛上，就更棒了，希望攜程酒店業務員對接一下

這個酒店很滿意👍推薦 房間乾淨漂亮，雖不大 但一個人足夠用 早餐 也很好， 5樓餐廳晚餐也吃了2頓，很好吃，混合菜，意大利和當地菜，價格不算低，但比起國內已經很低了 Yandex打車到所有景點 很快又便宜 性價比超高

非常喜歡這個酒店的風格，無論是服務還是環境都特別好，👍

房間很好很乾凈，環境很棒，地理位置也不錯，馬路斜對面就有超市，很方便。酒店貌似以大床為主，衹有一間雙床房（一張大床，一張單人床），有意預訂的一定記得先和酒店確定房型哦。

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not care about its guests. The check-in process was painfully slow, with rude and unhelpful staff who acted like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. The room was a disaster. Stained sheets, a musty smell, and a broken air conditioner made it unbearable. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, leaky faucets, and towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The noise levels were ridiculous. Paper-thin walls meant I could hear every conversation, argument, and TV show from the neighboring rooms. And don’t even get me started on the constant banging from the hallway. To top it all off, the breakfast was a joke. Stale bread, cold coffee, and questionable-looking eggs—if you can even call them that. I wouldn’t feed that to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Sleeping in your car would be a better experience than spending a night in this disaster of a hotel.
