Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very good. Only had one problem and that was our accessible bathroom. The whole floor would flood after taking a shower. And we couldn't turn down the shower head without loosing hot water. Overall a great place.

I was turned away because I didn’t have a deposit for the room which was probably my fault but I as in a tight spot financially. I explained that I had already paid $100 for the room and t was all I had at the moment if there was anyway she can waive it. She wasn’t having it , for me it wasn’t a much her not allowing since I didn’t read the fine print rather her lack of empathy or consideration when she very happily turned me away . I came up with the deposit and needed somewhere to stay making it at 12 in the morning paid $100 and only stayed till 6 hrs could even shower because f the huge roach laying there dead n the shower

Staff was excellent nice and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was not that good in room coffee maker was crusty looking there was stuff that didn’t get vacuumed from previous stay. Carpet needed some cleaning for sure. And the hotel had a smell but I guess ok for what was needed the breakfast was good that’s a plus. We stayed there cause it was only 15 minutes or less to Lackland Air Force base for my daughter’s BMT graduation

OK, FROM THE PICTURES, LOOKED MICE AND CLEAN AND COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, I DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE AREA. HOWEVER, WE ALSO DID NOT WANT TO GET A HOTEL THAT WAS CHEAP. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED!!!! IM SORRY, BUT THIS HOTEL LOOKED LIKE A WH*RE HOUSE!! DISGUSTING, PROSITTUDES IN THE HOTEL!! VERY EMBARRASSING FOR MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, AND THE NOISES AT NIGHT! WE SLEPT WITH THE TV ON, WE WERE TOO TIRED TO LEAVE AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, STAY AWAY!!

Breakfast was good, better than mlst places I've been. Room bathroom was not clean, saw several roaches. Staff was helpful, front desk agent was very polite.

The overall appearance of the hotel needs an update. I noticed dirty vents and our room had a dent in our door. One lamp over the single couch seat had no bulb. A small cockroach paid us a visit while in the restroom. It didn’t smell like someone recently had cleaned it upon arrival.

Went there for my son BMT graduation pulled up and it was trash pile up outside the dumpster! Went in side and it smelled like feet! I cancelled my reservations! They didn't charge me..it was spring break as well! We had to pay more because i didn't have reservations

Easy fast check in. Bed was okay not amazing. Fridge and microwave in room was nice. Hotel smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was typical and plenty of options. Indoor pool was small but kids enjoyed it. Gas station and fast food next door was super convenient. Parking ample and felt secure. Staff was great very friendly and everyone smiled and chatted. We would book this hotel again.
