Our hotel stay was just okay. Decent location - walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Ask for an odd numbered room - the even numbers face a nightclub, which is extremely loud late at night (we stayed over a weekend). Our first night there, we had to request a new room at midnight due to the noise, as we couldn't sleep due to the music at the dance club. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent - my kids enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. The hotel seemed old and somewhat dirty - our room had stains on the walls and bathroom and surfaces were dusty. The hot tub was broken during our stay - my kids had hoped to use it. This hotel seemed to be on the edge of maybe not the safest area of the city but very close to all the big hotels, restaurants and mall on the riverwalk. Next time, I'd choose a different hotel in San Antonio.

El personal del hotel fue demasidado cortes y nos explicaban todas las amenidades, costos y zonas turisticas, las habitaciones son muy comodas y acogedoras. lo único que se tiene que tener cuidado es cuando sales del hotel, ya que hay personas son hogar cerca de sus calles.

Overall a nice property. Great river walk location and lots of on-site food & beverage options. Valet is $50/ night (probably standard rate). I was able to receive a upgraded corner room on a high floor, because of my Hilton member status. Accommodations were okay. Power outlets didn’t work. Fridge wasn’t working properly either. Shower floor had a weird shower matt inside, wasn’t pleasant.

In particular, Vets, disabled and older guests be aware: While this hotel is basically good for pillows and such things - DO NOT use the Valet service that HIlton contracts with (PMC Parking Mgmt in Nashville). This may make a big difference for guests who are limited in luggage carrying abilities. If there is ANY issue with the car (that is simply parked in a contracted public lot for $45!), do not count on the Hilton management staff to have your back with this 3rd party company out of Tennessee! It's a financial win-win situation for Hilton hotels and the PMC Parking Mgmt co. but a guest can potentially get ”screwed” if any damage is done. Always allow extra time to walk around and check your car inside and out - and if there are any scratches warranting a claim - you'll need extra time to get the paperwork all filled out before you leave and head to the airport on time or your special destination. Cannot recommend this Hilton or any other. They do not have your back!

San Antonio is a historical city with beautiful sight seeing. The holtel is not far away from Alamo、river walk and conference center. All the staffs are very nice，breakfast is simple，but good than most of comfort inn hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. They have a crystal clean pool in the middle courtyard. They also have a fire pit with chairs. A very inviting . Close to many of the city’s attractions. If you want to save some money or wish not to be around the thousands of River Walk, this hotel is worth looking at. I was a little taken back by having to pay to park, a charge each day, in an open lot. Just because you can charge does not mean you have to. However, I still rate the hotel very high ***** Room 108
