Close to everything but not too clean. Hotel is old . But staff is great and no restaurant on site . But room has kitchen and sofa .. need sons upgrade and renovation

Room was great, service was great, and facilities were very nice. The breakfast was just heated up pre-purchased breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, etc.

房間：房間很大，設施比較陳舊，有簡單的廚房（沒有任何調料），沒有熱水壺，老式風格（全屋地毯）； 服務：基本沒有服務可言，基本如果人在房間也不會來打掃，可以要求（告知前台） 早餐：非常簡單，麪包/培根/雞蛋/酸奶 安全：離機場很近，有shuttle bus，開放式公寓羣不算特別安全，沒有保安或大門 對面就是個小Mall，有超市/很多餐廳（有Pokehouse/茶餐廳/墨西哥菜/珍珠奶茶/還有Lily BBQ） - 很方便出門打包，晚上儘量別出門了，因為附近沒有什麼住宅，還是稍微荒一些

離機場很近

酒店就在洛杉磯機場附近 有免費機場穿行巴士接送 酒店外面就是商業中心 快餐和超市都很方便 房間也算比較大 價格不便宜

非常滿意，交通 生活都非常方便

Property is a bit older however it’s kept up very well! the rooms are like little apartments. 2 rooms with a living room and kitchen! we loved that they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport! free breakfast was also a PLUS! over all we were very happy with our stay at Sonesta ES Bruno! We will definitely stay again!

This is not well kept. The first room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. They sent someone to “spray it”. The second and final room was in the main lobby and the ceilings in public areas are soft with water damage. I had severe reactions to the mold and mildew overnight. Will never come back.

It was good location. Could use some cleaner linen and the alarm clock woke us up so maybe housekeeping team could check and reset the alarm clocks from prior guests. Two bath towels had snot on them so not sure f they got cleaned well. Otherwise, great location that’s convenient for dining, shopping at the mall, and freeway access!

Very simple from arrival and took minutes to check in. My kids were excited from the moment we opened the door and sad to leave. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and attentive. Will stay again thank you for the hospitality.

CHECK IN: Upon checking in, the staff appeared annoyed. I wasn't sure why-I got in at about 8:00 PM but they seem to want to get off shift. CLEANING: I asked for cleaning midway through my stay and that was not done. I also communicated I would like a 12 noon late checkout time. The front desk neglected to relay my departure time to the cleaning staff, resulting in multiple disturbances. NO ELEVATORS: This hotel is NOT accessible and has no elevators. I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs to reach my room on the third floor, which was quite challenging. FOOD: Breakfast was very early and there was a significant time change for me, so I never actually made it to the 8:30am cut off. I suggest that breakfast be open until 10:00 AM. The snacks were both scarce and costly. I would recommend that at least a bottle of water be given to the guests. GENERAL: The hotel upgraded me to a two-bedroom, despite my earlier decline. The room was "non-smoking," however, I could tell the room had been a smoking room not that much earlier, and it reeked of smoke. When I first entered the room, one of the fire alarms was beeping. They fixed that quickly, however. Despite the issues, the beds were very comfortable. I would likely go back, but prepare for the above problems before a stay.

Like: The facility is in a relatively safe and convenient location. The overall service is good although not outstanding. Dislike: It is close to the SF International Airport. The noise of flights is clearly audible although not unbearable (to me). The area for breakfast could be over-crowdy at times.

Simple lobby but huge suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the BART. Staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly staff. Perfect size suite. Yummy free breakfast. Everything was great!
