Hotel berhampiran Centro Civico, San Carlos De Bariloche

Good location, nice breakfast meal and a neat place to eat, amazing staff, nearby shops, pharmacy, restaurants, centro cívico and playa centro, beds are confortable, have a safe, mini fridge, tv and strong and good WiFI, is a good 3 stars hotel but need some improvements, and my main concern is the bathroom, looks tired and old and sketchy, and the rooms fronting the main street with not AC, does not help with the noise, ie a busy street, is necessarily to keep the window open at the room, so when you book a room get one with a view to the lake, maybe will be quieter, is in a great location also to be pickup by the tours companies, another tip, request a taxi from the hotel to pick you up at the airport, is good choice, and they did it for me, thank you!, around 4300 pesos the taxi fare, the communication with the hotel with the app (Booking) and email was really good and they responded any of my concern or request really quickly. Notice too that you will need to pay as a tourist a tax fee to the local authorities (Eco Tax) at the check in, cash, credit card, which you will do at any hotel in Bariloche.

Fine for a one-night stay. We were on our way to Chile via the lakes between the two countries. The breakfast buffet was good and they had caffein-free powdered coffee. Good scrambled eggs. We had fish the night below. It tasted ok but was a bit over-cooked. Not easy to fix fish for larger groups. I suggest offering other dishes to serve to groups. Be aware there is no salt and pepper on the tables, as is common in Argentina - you can ask for it though. The bed was comfortable. There are no USB ports in the rooms. This is an older hotel. The staff were professional and efficient. Be aware that Argentinan cities can change a tourist tax - Bariloche is one of those cities. There are not many hotels in this area.

Llegamos a bariloche al hotel bariloche by tierra gaucha en la calle quaglia...hermoso por fuera, la recepción luminosa, agradable. La ubicación linda (pleno centro prácticamente). Si bien íbamos a parar una noche en bariloche, buscamos un lugar confortable para descansar. La recepcionista, muy amable, nos da la llave de la habitación y nos acompaña. Al ingresar a la habitación no era tan luminosa y cálida como en las fotos...era una habitación vieja. Pero bueno pensamos que para una noche estaba bien. Al ingresar al baño, nos encontramos con que dentro de la ducha, estaba el inodoro...había agua al rededor de la la mini ducha...las instalaciones viejas, la puerta no cerraba...honestamente, me dio mucha bronca y le plantie la situación a la recepcionista. La habitación no era nada que ver con lo que contrate mirando las fotos de Internet. Me ofreció otra habitación igual, solo que tenia el lavatorio en el baño. Una vergüenza lo que están cobrando. Nos terminamos yendo a una hosteria por 500 pesos más pero al menos el baño estaba limpio, en condiciones y con su arquitectura normal. Honestamente cobran muy caro por las instalaciones que tienen. No lo recomiendo y tampoco volvería. Porque mienten en las fotos que ponen. Lo más destacable fue la atención de la recepcionista.
