Hotel berhampiran Havanna Museo del Chocolate, San Carlos De Bariloche

I believe I was charged the VAT tax and I should not have been because I am not a citizen of Argentina and I paid with a foreign credit card. When I went to check out with Facudo Lopez, he said I had charged a cappuccino and breakfast to my room. I explained I did not have a cappuccino or breakfast. He shrugged his shoulders then removed a receipt from a piece of paper. I thought this was odd and asked to see the receipt. The receipt had my last name hand written on it but the signature was nowhere near mine. No one walking off the street and no hotel guest would know my last name and room number but Facudo Lopez would know that information. I believe Facudo Lopez was trying to charge me the expense and pocket the money for himself. Facudo Lopez proceeded to ask me questions about my travels for several more minutes, which I thought was odd. After leaving the hotel I realized I was never given a closing statement for my stay. I returned later that day and asked Facudo Lopez for a closing statement. He refused to provide me with a closing statement, I then asked to speak to a manager and Facudo Lopez said he was the manager. I returned to the hotel at around 8pm and talked to a different man at the front desk. I asked for a print out of my closing statement and he said no problem. He then typed at his computer and looked at the computer screen for a minute, he then looked around his desk, then got up and left his desk without saying a word. A few minutes later he returned to his desk and helped two customers that were standing behind me in line. After finishing helping those customers he turns to me and says he can not print out the closing statement for me. I ask him if I can look at his computer screen and he says I am not allowed to look at his computer screen. I then ask to speak to a manager and he says he is the manager. The following two days a called the hotel and asked to speak to the hotel manager. The person who answered the phone said his name was Luciano and refused to provide me with his last name, he refused to let me talk to the hotel manager and he refused to give me the name of the hotel manager on the two different days that I called the hotel. I stayed at Alma Del Lago on the nights of Feb 26 and 27 and was in room 1010. I believe I was overcharged and the front desk staff has pocketed the extra funds which is why they are refusing to give me a closing statement and refusing to let me talk to the hotel manager. Because several of the front desk staff have prevented me from talking to the hotel manager, I believe the front desk is full of crooks and scam artists who are stealing from unsuspecting hotel guests. I do not recommend staying at the Alma Del Lago Suites & Spa.

Exelente hotel boutique con pocas habitaciones, la mía fue una habitación superior para 2 personas con vista parcial al lago, muy amplia, luminosa, muy buen servicio de limpieza, muy buenas toallas y sabanas, etc. Muy buen desayuno donde cada habitación tiene su mesa exclusiva con el nombre de la habitación. Y las recepcionistas Candela y Carolina dos chicas divinas, super amables y serviciales para cualquier consulta, me hicieron el check in para el viaje de vuelta en avión, siempre de buen humor y con una sinrisa cordial. Tiene solo 11 habitaciones por lo cual nunca tuve que esperar el ascensor. en resumén todo muy buena relación precio-caliada.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent  Rooms had an amazing view with a hot tub/jacuzzi in each room by the window overlooking the view of the mountains/lake. Bed was very comfortable. Internet could be a little slow at times. Food was excellent, breakfast was very good. A very relaxing stay with rooms with a view to die for. We had rooms in the 3rd block the higher up you go the better the view. 05 rooms have a jacuzzi in the bay window of the room overlooking the lake. Would most certainly come back.   .

Atención del personal : Óptima Ubicación: inmejorable Habitación : pequeña, pero luminosa, limpia, calefacción ( para mí gusto, un ”poquitín excesiva”) colchones nuevos (2 somnier de 1 plaza unidos ), sábanas/toallas limpias Baño completo, ”funcionando todo Ok” . Limpio Televisión/ Wifi 👎 Desayuno: tal vez le faltaron algunas frutas.. Cena: rica comida, bien hecha, porciones de ” justas para abajo”.Muchas Harinas ,poca carne , nada de verduras.. postre👎

Hotel simples, com localização muito boa, perto de tudo a pé. Quarto grande (recomendo andar alto pela vista muito bonita do lago e montanhas) arrumação diária, mas não tem serviço de quarto. Frigobar vazio e se quiser água nos orientam a encher garrafinhas nos bebedouros, ou comprar no bar do hotel que só funciona das 18 as 22hs. Recomendo mini mercado próximo onde a água é bem mais em conta. Café da manhã simples mas ok. Reservamos todos os passeios com um agente da CVC dentro do hotel e foi ótimo. Poderia até dizer que é um hotel 3 estrelas que cumpre a sua função, a não ser pela falta de água quente no banho por duas vezes no período de 7 dias que ficamos hospedados, o que achamos absurdo quando vc chega de passeio com roupa molhada. Se isso for considerado um fato isolado, seria um hotel com bom custo benefício. Recepção solícita com funcionários falando português, nos concederam 1h a mais para check out.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la terminal de micros y una YPF en caso de ir con vehículo. Zona tranquila, con inmejorables vistas desde todo el predio e incluso desde las habitaciones y living. La cabaña es preciosa y muy cómoda. Con todo lo necesario, y muchas comodidades. Incluye una tv smart en el living. Lo unico leve es la calidad del wifi, pero estando de vacaciones lo que menos te interesa es eso. La encargada una genia, un trato excelente.
