位置便利安全，設備新，服務也不差，性價比可以，就是多收了度假税，有點莫名其妙，而且事先沒有註明。

酒店的地理位置非常好，房間較大，臨近海灣和市中心。酒店的公共設施很好，服務人員的態度也是非常友好。房間裏面衹有一面在衞生間的鏡子，居然沒有一面全身鏡， 房間裏面沒有紙和筆，想要記或寫一些東西也是不方便。沒有清潔鞋子和衣服刷等，這對於五星級酒店來説應該提高。

good location, clean and fine facilities. you can go to down town by foot, only 1~1.5miles away from the little Italy. Like San Diego, like Hilton as well

Great location next to Little Italy and nice staff. Spent 3 nights here and would have preferred a room on the opposite of side of the Construction Zone which was running 24 hours as it was noisy. Close to waterfront certainly an easy walk. No Restaurant which we were not made aware of prior to booking and we were also not made aware of the huge Construction project going right next door to the Hotel. Limited supplies in the room also if they were not going to make up the room daily, we were expected to ask for what we needed replaced. Also I specifically phoned the Hotel prior to booking to see if there was an Airport Shuttle prior to booking and was told yes there is by their Head Office, only to find that there was not one once we arrived at the airport which was very frustrating. All in all the location and the friendly staff were great but the Hotel is not worth the money they are charging, not sure we would stay ehrea gain.

Very old hotel with dated rooms. The rooms are not good. I had to shift three times, and the front office staff handled the passport carelessly. Won't stay in this property again as I was not impressed with the room quality. Housekeeping is only available every three days—no staff to help to shift the luggage from room to room when I was moved. I booked a bay view room with a balcony, but they provided the first room, which has smelly rooms and no working aircon. Moved to another room without a bay view and, after a night, moved to another room on the eighth floor with a semi-bay view and balcony. Honestly was not impressed with the experience. No free water in the room. Wifi was not the fast.

在美國住過的很難得天天都會打掃房間的酒店。刷卡才能進電梯到達樓層，所以安全。離海邊走走也近，床品很舒服，每天還可以去前台拿飲用水，一百分滿分的話可以給到85-90分。 我沒有買酒店的早餐，附近有星爸爸，街對面也有一家叫kuma的兩個女孩經營的咖啡館，都可以解決早飯問題。 不滿意的地方：1.酒店淋浴籠頭和浴缸設施有點古老，好像是上個世紀的古董貨一樣 2 打Uber和Uber eats 的話，因為酒店正好座落在兩條街交叉處，所以很多人都找不到。建議直接走出來定位1051 Columbia street， by the way , 攜程的地址是錯的， 人家官網上都是用Columbia street做地址。攜程海外都是用代理，分到的房間要嘛樓層低要嘛位置偏，比較差勁的。

Keseluruhannya baik. Alangkah baiknya untuk mengetahui bahawa tidak seperti hotel lain, tiada peti sejuk, tab mandi atau cuci badan. Saya bersarapan setiap pagi, tetapi sarapannya bukan bufet, dan saya menggunakan kafe dan restoran di tingkat satu Indigo. Rasanya lebih kurang 3.5 mata. Ia lebih kurang $12-18, tetapi jika anda tidak mempunyai ramai keluarga, terdapat banyak kedai makan tengah hari di sekitar, jadi disyorkan untuk keluar dan makan. Sarapan pagi 30 dollar seorang, tapi dah bayar, tapi kat restoran breakfast harga makanan dalam lingkungan 10 dollar, so boleh order satu persatu. Saya fikir ia lebih kerana saya tidak sabar untuk sarapan pagi. Apa-apa lagi bagus. Penebat bunyi akan baik jika ia tidak begitu sensitif

Penginapan saya hebat! Segala-galanya tentang hotel ini cantik. Secara harfiah, ia berasa seperti anda berada di dalam istana atau sesuatu. Lobinya sangat cantik ia mempunyai tangga yang besar dan mereka menawarkan teh. Ia sangat dekat dengan segala-galanya juga. Bilik ini juga sangat selesa dan mempunyai balkoni dengan pemandangan bandar yang indah. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya hadapi adalah tempat letak kereta kerana pada penghujung malam garaj penuh dan saya tidak dapat masuk semula tetapi selain itu semuanya indah. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi!!

I was charged parking fee the fact was that I did not drive car and just took Lyft and Uber during my stay.

Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night
