Let me tell you my experience at this place. First it is not the first time reserved from John but this hotel it is not clean and very smelly 🤥 it was so strong and I even ask the front lady if there were clean and she said yes 🙄but what could I do late at night and go where we pay $479 next time I will check and read very carefully all the reviews. Thanks god there was a cvs and went to buy cleaning supply’s and I had to clean toilet and the hold room so mad 😡 😡😡 I don’t recommend it at all 😡😡😡

We were going to stay at airbnb but decided to stay at a hotel because I wanted to be on vacation and not have to do anything.. It was the worst experience ever. Our room had food in it from the previous, it stunk customer service was awful, Just the overall experience was not good

My family and I stay here once a year for our anual vacation. We have never been disappointed, the room felt clean and confortable. Great location close to sea world.

It was to bad service an the property old and the door for the room hard to close properly. I feel so uncomfortable with homeless around the property the unit or room it was too old inside so back experience on the service hotel. Definitely, I don’t recommend to anybody. is too expensive for these hotel.

Bad neighborhood, and hotel needs to be torn down. The 1st room had shoes in it, food in fridge, and fresh meal on the table, and garbage on the floor. They gave us another room, and the bathroom ceiling contained mold. Light switch did not work, outlets did not hold the items plugged in. Nightstand had a clock but no outlet to plug it in. Tub stained. The room was overall filthy.
The lock on the 2nd room did not work properly, and had to get someone to let us in. Pictures on website must be 20 years old. The maid tried to come in at 9 a.m. w/o knocking, but I had a chair blocking the door for safety.

Floors looked filthy and it was dirty behind the refrigerator and microwave and the towels felt cheap and worn.
