Hotel berhampiran Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, San Dona di Piave

Business hotel posizionato appena fuori dall'outlet che si presenta bene, moderno e pulito. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci

Situato a trenta minuti da Jesolo, offre la possibilità di potersi riposare in relax. E' dotato di parcheggio esterno gratuito, di reception H24, senza contare la vicinanza all'autostrada, al noto outlet ed alla strada che porta al mare. La stanza è completa di ogni confort (TV, clima, cassaforte e frigo bar) ha un ampio bagno, anzi una stanza da bagno, e la qualità del sonno è elevata grazie al materasso ed al cuscino di qualità. Colazione a 7 stelle, grazie alla disponibilità del personale di sala, alla gentilezza dimostrata ed alla migliore applicazione del protocollo sanitario per l'emergenza in atto, grazie al fatto che il cliente non tocca quasi nulla...... My rating is average only because of poor booking system on Hotel web pages. I have book one room on oficial web page. I have add all details, of course credit card details and i have book but i not receive any conformation. Next day i check if my booking is ok with hotel and i have telephone conformation that my room is booked. Hotel must improve booking system. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is frendly. If you travel with car hotel offer huge parking and of course park garage (5 euro/day). On every floor you can find vending machine with snack and cold drinks. Room and Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of different food. Because of Covid no more self service. You choose what you wish and waiter give to you on plate. This is Covid rules.

Cosa ci é piaciuto: Posizione vicina all'autostrada, ma comunque tranquilla e immersa nel verde; inoltre anche molto vicina all'Outlet Noventa, comodo per una pausa snack, giochi di bambini o per un qualche regalo o acquisto. La struttura é molto pulita e rilassante, non c'é calca e c'é tranquillità e bere un prosecco in giardino con il bimbo che corre in giro per i campi senza dover aver paura di strade o auto é davvero bello. Buona la colazione con ordinazione anche la sera prima di cose ”speciali” (omelette, uova, ecc.) ed il ristorante ha davvero un'ottima scelta di pasta, pesce e carne, ce n'é per tutti i gusti. Gentili e bravi i camerieri del ristorante, grazie della bella esperienza. Cosa non è piaciuto: Peccato che non sia stata integrata una piscina che farebbe dell'hotel ancora un posto più attraente, anche se sapevamo che non c'era, una volta sul posto sarebbe stato molto bello averne una con i 35°C che c'erano. Forse manca un po' quello spirito d'accoglienza che in altri posti é più sentito (v. Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), dove ti senti davvero il benvenuto nella struttura e ”coccolato”, anche se é vero che stavamo solo una notte, ma un po' più di servizio (al di fuori del ristorante dove son stati tutti bravi e gentili) ed accoglienza non farebbero male e renderebbero l'esperienza da buona ad ottima.

We came twice this summer for a short breaks during our road trip. It’s one of the best hotels in Jesolo and definitely the level is high. However there are some points for improvement. Swimming pool is nice and long. Comfortable water temperature. Good pool service. Maybe the umbrellas would be great to have with some higher level of sun protection, especially in July/August — those they have a more like a net. Valet service is nice and professional. Reception staff are a bit confused, but when the manager comes things speed up a lot. There’s a grand piano on the 1st floor, but it says “guests must not play”. Okay then. Nice and large beach. Sea might be dirty sometimes. Enough space between the sun-beds. Room service is not up to the level of 5* hotel. Water bottle is just one and never replaced. Amenities like vanity kit never refilled/replaced. Robes not put in order. Water glasses never washed and never put in place. Towels sometimes are not as clean as you’d like them to be. Breakfast and dinner service become messy when more tables come. Dishes are delayed and mixed up, attention becomes hard to receive. Food quality itself is rather good. Extremely expensive Champagne. Come on, it’s €20 for a glass of Mumm which is 0.1l and not even a normal 125ml serving size. That’s beyond belief — the retail price of the bottle is €30! It’s still a nice hotel which we definitely want to come back to. But it needs to work on all these small things. They matter.

This hotel is well placed right on its own stretch of beach close to lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is wonderful as the sand is soft, the sea is warm and everbody gets a dedicated umbrella and 2 sunbeds...yes two sunbeds, so if you have 3 people in your party/room (as we did) somebody has to make do with a chair instead, which is crazy. Consequently one of my 2 kids was fed up daily! Plenty of hawkers on the beach, limited watersports though at this hotel's stretch. The room was small...3 of us in a room for 4 so the double bed and 2 singles were pretty crammed in. Not enough drawers for clothes, not enough flat surfaces to put your things on either. The room really needed a fridge... there was a space for it which made it more frustrating. Aircon worked well but we didn't need it all the time as our room faced the carpark so didn't get any sun. There was no balcony but the clothes airer went through the window onto the flat roof otherwise they was nowhere to dry wet swim things so do bring spares. The bathroom was galley like and so narrow that I couldn't actually sit on the loo as my knees and the wall didn't allow it. Good powerful shower and the heated towel rail was handy. Again not many flat surfaces to put things on. The window shutters are great and they can be extended outward so you can put your clothes airer under it in case of rain (we had some thunder showers in evenings which made a welcome break to the heat so bring an umbrella). Breakfast was great...plentiful and great choices with cooked as well as continental choices. Location wise the hotel was well placed for restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The bus station is about a 15 mins walk and goes straight to the airport for about €5 - bargain (taxi was €75!). Buses to the ferry for Venice also go from there with bus and ferry combined costing around €20 each and taking just over an hour. Take a mask as masks are def needed for the bus and the ferry. The locals will stare you down if not wearing one and the ferry staff shout you into submission. Venice was as expected - fabulous. I found the number of ticket buying options for the sites overwhelming though, but finally found the right one ie best value for the main sites namely the Campinel, Doges Palace and the Basilica. It wasn't that busy though even in the height of summer (maybe due to covid, or the global travel disruption) so queues were not as long as expected if you had the no skip the queue ticket like had bought. Our gondolier was just awful....on his phone most of the time so it really ruined the whole experience unfortunately. Looks like I'll have to go back to do it again and not be disappointed :) Food was great - it's Italy after all and you could get a pizza or spaghetti bol for around €5 - €6 in most places (add another euro for Venice itself) and an aperol spritz for €3.50, but coke was €4-€5. Card accepted everywhere so no need for lots of cash. Loved Venice and Lido di Jeso

Шакарное место! Со своими издержками. Историческая вилла, где хочется разглядывать каждую мелочь 😍 Атмосфера располагает читать историю, наслаждаться видами и аутентичностью. Брали двухкомнатный номер (жили с ребенком) нас было комфортно по площади номера и виду из него. Теперь уточню, что может вас ждать, когда глаза насмотрятся и наступят потребности. Возможно заранее будучи готовым - проще принять решение о бронировании. Минусы: ➖Нет воды в номере, нужно покупать самим. Можно в ресторане … но он с 12 до 22 🤷🏼‍♀️ (Сам комплект для гигиенический тоже кстати минимален, все берите с собой) ➖Большой минус для меня - отсутствие горячей еды на завтрак! Кофе, нарезка сыра, мяса. Холодный пирог с горошком. Сладкие круассаны. Хлопья с молоком и йогурты. Чизкейк. И ладно бы если можно было купить - нет! С 7 утра! либо ждать ресторан в 12, где поесть. ➖ Третий большой минус - это вай-вай! Его нет)) Есть формально, но такой…тоже 16 века)) ловит наверное где-то в определенном месте. Все понятно, наслаждайтесь ее телефоном а вилой. Но если у вас работа или в инсту хочется выложить)) но на своем мобильном интернете только. Я подключала доп тариф на эти дни Сервис максимально простой)) наверное в этом отдельный вайб: но если вы ждёте от 5 звезд этого отеля вышколеность и скорость - это не тут)) зато милые! Отдельный плюс ресторану внизу! Шикарно!!!! И кухня и атмосфера! Ниже верно пишут о том. Что многое обветшало, но это и суть данного места. Предположу, что речь и простых и стареньких ванных, кондиционерах. Которые давно можно заменить под стилизованные и было б вообще топ))) Белье постельное хорошее сделать…подушки! А так. В туалете 3 звезды, в комнате выше за счет историчности, а в целом атмосфера настоящей усадьбы!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly enjoyable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
