Microtel is very well located within the developing metropolis of San Fernando Pampanga. The location of the hotel dictates exclusiveness because it is away from the busiest road along San Fernando, surprisingly provides air of tranquility, gated provides that feeling of security and yet the neighbourhood are easy access to fine dining Resto and fine coffee bar suitable for meeting friends and group meetings. Breakfast is good and well stocked with hydration boost. Staff are top notch in hospitality culture. Highly recommended place to stay more than just one night.

Personnel on this branch didn’t even offer to carry your bags even they have seen your carrying so many.

Honestly, as a frequent traveler oversea. This on my point of view, it worth 2-3 star hotel. Washroom is dirty and soap those is empty. Partial washroom utilities is damaged and lose. Breakfast area is Small if they encounter more than 7-8 unit rooms accommodation. No water bottle provided, need to go out the floor hall to get from water dispenser. Which we have risk of not knowing the previous water storage is well-being used or aren't. Which i went down in the morning, no place to seat. No one is entertain/ accomodate with you standing there infront the entrance of Breakfast zone. When able grab a persons, my breakfast is not being prepared and last night shift employee doesn't take my order. Breakfast of this hotel is from Pancake house which just cross the road. It's outsources meal, not prepared by hotel directly.

Good services, nice staffs, good for short stay. Free caparking outside the hotel.

Receiving lobby smells good. Spacious room but a little bit dusty. Breakfast was good c/o Pancake House. Hotel personnel are very nice.

Over all satisfied on the location as near to Malls and transport system. Amenities like toiletries and slippers are not included on the room😅.

It was clean and location is close to SM City Pampanga and Sky Ranch, however I felt it was expensive for very little amenities it offers.
