Ulasan Aureo la Union

We loved our stay with Aureo, all the staffs are welcoming and polite. We enjoyed all the pools and their front beach, all the foods that we tried in their resto are good. We will surely comeback here.

Prompt and friendly service, clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms and overall resort, strong AC, good water pressure, free of bugs, complimentary snacks and beverages upon check-in, a nice patio with a tropical view, lots of trees and other greenery around the resort providing much needed shade in the hot and humid summer, 2 onsight restaurants (American and Filipino cuisine), breakfast included at the Filipino restaurant. Once the staff at the Filipino restaurant realized we were vegetarian, they cooked us our own separate meal separate from the meat heavy buffet which was served hot and presented beautifully. This extra effort was greatly appreciated. We also liked that a large variety of ice cream was easy to access and purchase on site. It definitely helped us cool down in the summer heat and humidity. Compared to other resorts in the area, Aureo was by far our favourite.

One night is not enough!! We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again. This place is really for family ❤️

The location was okay, but the service of the staffs was not acceptable for me. We arrived late at the resort and the guy that facilitated our check in doesn't even smile assuming that his guests are super tired from the travel, and he is giving that kind of attitude. The beach front villa we stayed at is really messy and its super different from their website photos. I guess once you requested something at the reservation, they will provide you the worst room that they have or maybe they are selective of their guest. But overall, it's good for families especially their pools.

Crew and manager don't have a considerate when it comes to PWD discount. I put 0 score on that.

I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!

Great Stay!!! Though the 5K Pet Fee is quite expensive for a night of stay and their web site only shows 3K pet fee. Still, it was a good place for the whole family.

So good and great place to stay highly recommended to relax.

Got a great deal through the app! The hotel is consistent with its cleanliness, and their staff were really helpful and accommodating. Kudos to all their staff! Special mention to sir Rohit for accommodating our request for earlier check in time since we were with our baby during our stay and assisted us from check-in to check out. :) Will definitely book again! Our go to hotel when visiting La Union.

The price is good, 10k for deluxed room facing the pool, Now, the breakfast its look like kanto breakfast, Luma ng plate, pag weekend marami tao, wala Masyado arrangement ng breakfast buffet nila At sa room naman kahit marumi ang curtains ayaw Palitan.Paulit-ulit, sa aircon, marumi at weak na rin, to much spry for fabric downy, sa loob ng room, amoy pang-masa, masakit sa ilong ang downy. This my 6th vacay here, i recommended villas nlng, pag kasama ang family, or toddlers.

so great of this hotel. we ask for the view of swiming pool. but just 1 thing is the restarant of breafast, so many fly of it.
