Great stay with a great in-house Indian chef at their restaurant. Food was excellent. Not a grandiose property but was excellent for a base for day trip around San Francisco and walking out in the city. Staff was excellent. Only minor quip would be that I supposedly got a 2 level upgrade on my room. However, the view of the room was horrible and on a relatively low floor. I guess you need a ”20 level” upgrade to get a nice room. That said, having booking through Amex FHR and having those benefits, it made the stay nice.

Location-excellent, what I think is a relatively safe area. Walked about a mile to the alcaztraz tour at pier 33. Great restaurants. Fitness center is top notch. Service fantastic all around. Views are ridiculous at the upper levels. Food in room and restaurant second to none. This hotel is worth the money and it wasn’t as much as many FS.

A beautiful place. And can park on the street, been here twice with no issues. Just have to repark when street cleaner comes by. Amazing staff. We were able to change rooms after we arrived. We wanted a bathtub. We plan to always book here in the future.

유니온 스퀘어에서 조금 떨어져있지만 그 부근을 돌아다니기에 전혀 불편한 위치는 아닙니다. 처음에 올라가는 게 조금 고되요ㅋ케이블카 정류장이 옆에 있어서 주변 관광지 가기가 용이합니다. 주택가와 붐비는 지역의 딱 경계라 호텔 주변은 조용한 편이나 역시 다른 리뷰대로 방 사이 방음은 좋지 않습니다. 옆 방에서 즐겁게 이야기하는 소리가 다 들려서 소리에 민감하신 분들은 힘들 것 같아요. 헤어드라이기가 없어요. 카운터에서 가져가시는 분을 본 적 있어서 렌트가 가능할지도 모르겠네요. 한 달 여행 중 유일한 호텔 숙박이었는데 미국 숙소 물가 감안하면 적당했다고 생각듭니다. 다른 동남아나 한국 숙소들과 비교하시면 힘들구요ㅋ

This is a great little hotel in a prime location. The checkin experience was very pleasant. All the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel felt very homey. Chinatown and Union Square are both walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very quiet at night and the bed was super comfortable. I’d recommend here if you are a sensitive sleeper like myself.

No words for thanking this incredible staff and owners of this historical motor inn in Chinatown.I arrived November 22nd late at night and I was very welcomed. I remained there for 14nights.perfect for cleaning, kindness and perfect location well served by muni pubblico transport and near to a lot of places down Town in Frisco Incredible experience as said before in family ...abroad. Really great all of you.

My company paid for my two night stay. However I still want to leave a review of the hotel because of my very pleasant stay at the hotel. Right from walking into the lobby to the room, I felt very comfortable here being away from home. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Someone came to the room in 5 minutes to drop off coffee creamer after I called the front desk!! The bed was very comfortable and had big fluffy pillows. The corridors and lobby has a pleasant scent. No harsh cleaner smell. Again I would like to stress the friendly and helpful staff. Five out of five stars for sure.
