OMG!! I have so much fun staying here. UnbelievabllY amazing. soooo SOO SOOO PERfect for my anniversary with my best BF. Yes! They have a game room!! oh yes they do! it was a blast. BIG BONUS! must try. OMG OMG OHMYGOOOSH the receiptionist even work extra hard to make our stay extra niiice. NICE! I think her name is Princess??? yes.. they have someone work there named Princess!! hahahaa AHHmazzzzing! she's super niice and smiled all the time. We were soooo happy.

Located right outside Powell Street station of Bart if you’re traveling from airport in Bart then it’s very convenient The room is big enough to open and pack two big luggage Amenities were lacking though the tissue box is empty when I first get into the room and no slippers to be found in the room We asked concierge and they quickly placed new ones for us Toilet is quite old but generally it’s clean

Good, but a few things dampened my enthusiasm. One was a mystery stain on the sheets—we had to order new ones. Two was a random hair on the toilet before we even used it. Sus. Three was the broken TP roll holder that kept dumping the TP on the floor. And finally, the shower was that awful half-door variety that leads to water getting all over the floor because it splashes out, so every time I showered I’d end up stepping on a slippery, soggy floor. Bath mat soaked through. However, the rooms themselves were really nice otherwise. Big tv, blackout shades, comfortable mattress that was encased in a mattress cover (love this!!) Why every hotel doesn’t have a zippered mattress cover is beyond me, but it made me happy because it keeps things cleaner and less likely to have bedbugs. And none of those here! Yay! I also loved the drink lounge they had upstairs. There was a library area that had a wonderful ambiance and attentive waitstaff. The fact that California residents currently, at time of review, get access to a free valet parking and late checkout deal was what made me decide to stay here, and it was all that they promised. I also read that it was recently renovated, and they did an excellent job (other than the showers) because it kept that beautiful vintage look but upgraded everything that is necessary for comfort. I’d give them a second chance but I hope they fix the things I mentioned for next time—that would take my review up to a five.

Not far from metro and in Chinatown. The area is a bit dodgy at night though. Window curtains were quite dirty. But the bed is very comfortable and the view is great. I would stay again

酒店很新，佈置很新穎。門卡是圓形的木牌。早餐很豐盛。房間就可以看到大橋。酒店服務人員很熱情，最後一天還免費送我們到租車的地方。

Best hotel and location in the city for families and couples. We stayed here with our 3 little kids and absolutely loved it. The staff was so helpful and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and has all the things you need when you travel with kids. My son had a cough and the concierge brought us a humidifier and sound machine. The location is superb with many great parks around and a cvs across the street. The valet guys are great and it was so nice to not worry about finding parking. Our kids liked Francisco Park, 2 blocks away. And the cable car was like 25 steps away from the hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this property. It is WONDERFUL! And the staff is terrific. I hope we can return soon!

I like the hotel. Located at a wonderful location just right across the cable car stop. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. There are safe, ice bucket and coffee machine. And the bathroom was spacious. I will very much recommend this hotel.
