The room was very clean and tidy, with sparkling windows, and a small balcony where you could step out and see the bay and the Ferris wheel (first and second pictures, the hotel parking lot is right under the Ferris wheel). The hotel is super close to Pier 39; you just walk through the bar downstairs and diagonally across, and you're at the pier. So, it's quite nice to take a few steps to the pier in the morning, watch the seagulls, and have breakfast. The hotel also gives guests discount coupons for pier restaurants, with discounts available at over a dozen places. I tried it myself, and it's very practical; you can save quite a bit on a meal, so don't waste it. The hotel has its own exclusive parking lot on the second floor, which is safe and convenient. Although it costs several tens of dollars a day, being able to swipe your room card for unlimited entry and exit is very convenient. The only downside is that the bathtub faucet is a bit old and hard to adjust the temperature; I suggest replacing it.

The hotel was lovely, with stylish decor and very close to Fisherman's Wharf. The only minor downside was that the front desk staff was a bit inflexible, which caused a small inconvenience, leading to a slight dip in my rating. The bathtub was a nice bonus too!

This hotel located in the area of holiday village. The surroundings is very beautiful. The staffs were very friendly. The breakkfast was very good but we waited for a hour for breakfast.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but other than that, the hotel was nice. I do wish you could screen mirror with the tvs in the room.

Hotel Zephyr is in a great location, just a short walk from Fishermans wharf. The room had adequate storage and the beds were very comfortable. An added feature were the firepits located in the external courtyard, which we sat around each night toasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Had a nice view from the balcony too. The fireplace is an added bonus for warmth and cosyness!

The soundproofing in the room was poor in the latter half of the night. We could clearly hear doors opening, people walking, and toilets flushing upstairs. Overall, the experience was just average.

The hotel is beyond expectation. Parking fee is $65/d which is more expensive than the garage around. The front desk service is so so, while there is one lady who is quite kind and friendly, there’s another one who never smiles and makes me feel uncomfortable. The hotel also does not even offer free water (it has water point each floor tho). It also doesn’t provide slippers. I don’t feel it satisfies an 4-star hotel standard. Amenity fee is compulsory for $30/d. It’s sweet that hotel offers S’more and it has very nice location, but still, it’s far beyond satisfaction.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. Our flight was delayed by 11 hours and we arrived at the hotel at 2am. Despite presenting my passport, the credit card used for the booking, the reservation confirmation email, and the payment receipt, the staff on duty refused to check us in simply because the reservation was under my unofficial first name, which differed from my passport first name. As a result, we were left in the hotel lobby overnight, including my 11-year-old daughter. It was a ridiculous and very frustrating experience. To be fair, the manager did apologize the next day. The hotel is conveniently located near Pier 39, which is why we booked it, but the building feels old and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Generally a comfortable stay in this hotel. It is close to the fisherman wharf within walking distance. There are also playroom at the ground level for additional entertainments. There are also parking garages nearby if u do not want to park with the hotel.
