Enjoyable hotel stay with good amenities. Good location in San Francisco.

Nice and clean room

- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. 40 mins.) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro.. in walking distance. - People at the reception are very kind. - Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy).  -Facilities were also ok. The room layout was nice but nothing special. The pool was very nice, so was the gym. Dining options could be better. Also dining is quite expensive for what you get. Friendlyness of the staff in dining area was ok, but not as great as at reception. -Overall: recommended for a business traveller who need not worry about the price; for tourists (esp. families) to SF there are probably better options.

There is a department store near the hotel, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, and travel. There are not many homeless people in this block, and the view from the room is very good. The scenery from the window is quite good

The room and location were both good. The Chinese front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us mineral water. The facilities were up to standard for an Intercontinental hotel. I didn't see the skyline, but the $75 breakfast was a bit lacking.

The room overlooks the sea. The hotel is next to the conference center. You can take a bartender in a few minutes. There are some small discounts for registering IHG members at the front desk. Breakfast is $40 per person. The package is byredo. Otherwise, it is a normal five-star hotel. It is not good, but you can consider it when the price is favorable. The neighborhood is safe.

I like this hotel very much. The room is large, quiet and clean. The view outside the window is good, you can see the sea, and the high floor is preferred. You can get mineral water at the front desk every day.

The facilities are good, and I'm very satisfied. However, if you're driving a rental car and unfamiliar with the road, it can be difficult to find. If you miss it, you might have to go back quite a bit. The breakfast menu is the same, but it's edible. However, even though breakfast is included, they keep bringing out the bill. They say the staff can't verify it on the terminal. The checkout process was completed.

The big French windows offer a great view when the weather is good. The breakfast is not very varied but filling. InterContinental is a relatively stable brand with a good location.

Very good hotel, the skyline room can see the sea, and it is the only hotel in the United States where bottled water can be purchased at any time.

My husband was at a meeting at moscone center, so we booked the nearest one. The view from the 26th floor was really great. We stayed there for 5 nights in total. We were arranged to stay on the 7th floor on the first night and moved to the 26th floor on the second day. The service was good, taxis were convenient, and AVIS car rental was right next to it. However, parking was a bit too much at 600 per night, so we only rented it for 2 days. We took the ding ding taxi and Uber the rest of the time. Union Square is within walking distance, very convenient

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I am very satisfied every time. There is a department store near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and traveling. The neighborhood is also very safe, and the night view from the room at night is also good
